    I was in there 2000 at show in Berlin. The same tour. And i can remember me, at my feeling he was so sad. It was a powerful concert, yes, but Eddie looked sad all the time and distanced.
    Completely different from the other concerts that I saw!
    2000 was not the year when he divorced from Beth? Maybe that's the reason ...

    Wow. Incredibly beautiful. Makes me want to cry too Hedwich! Thanks so much for posting Jen. This is why we love Pearl Jam. They wear their hearts on their sleeves . . . Or through their instruments. They are emotional men. And they don't give a f@ck who knows it. So beautiful.

    Ahhhhh..... Even '92 eddie doesn't beat this pic. Lovely! You are all right the accessibility of their emotions is one of the best parts of their music. When eddie sang forever young in Tulsa you know he was feeling every word. There I was sitting there completely locked in place and in touch with every note and word, thinking about the 3 little people who call me mommy and how blessed I am to have them and how blessed I am to be listening to eddie vedder sing about it!     Ok , so there very few pictures of Ed displaying any kind of
    intimate affection, at least in the pics with Beth, like this one
    and a few others. ( even their wedding kiss was like this!!)
    Anyhow, usually when men respect their women enough to keep
    intimate affections behind closed doors, they tend to be extremely
    passionate, and very intense affections!! So every time I see these
    pics, they make me jealous too! But not jealous of that moment,
    but the ones that she gets later if ya know what I mean!!! Lol!
    HOWEVER, no "kiss" photo makes me more jealous than this one...
