    Glad I amused. I do feel a little bad posting here because obviously some other members look down on the thread. But it's only one thread, like a self-sustained life in a forum it (maybe?) normally wouldn't be seen in but allowed to exist anyway. I mean the posters on here don't run to all the other threads and only contribute how 'cute' Eddie is. So if the other posters are so bothered by it, I'd say to them, just ignore it. We are hurting no one! This is the outlet for Pearl Jam fans who need to just say/express how gorgeous Eddie is and are mature enough to not state this on other threads. There was a "Pearl Jam or lettuce (iceburg)" thread for god's sake! Although, I have to say hilarious!

    I have to say though, Eddie with very short hair (I think circa '03...when he was in the war protest on CNN) and no beard does basically nothing for me. Not to say he's not a very nice looking guy still, but the longer hair and the beard.........my, oh my! I think it would get tiresome though to always be recognized or approached. Though maybe it's easier for a guy because you wouldn't have to worry about your hair (let's be honest, don't think Eddie spends a lot of time with his comb), your dress, or your make-up. But even still, it would get kind of old.

    And I agree......long live this thread!

    I actually liked Ed's 2003 look because you could see his nice blue eyes and lips properly. Now they're hidden behind heaps of hair which is kind of a shame. In the dream I had about Ed last night he looked like he did in 2003. :p

    Well, I would prefer longish hair and no beard like he had at Pinkpop 2000.

    Who are those two guys on the right? I know Kelly Slater I guess is supposed to be all manly etc, but he does NOTHING for me. He almost looks ridiculous to me.

    yeah... hmm i'm probably about 2 or so inches taller than eddie.... damn my 5'9 ness.
    oh and in response to the hair thing, i think eddie looks best w/ long hair and semi-cleanly shaven. i like the beard all right, but i miss seeing the lower half of his face...shave it!

    Actually, I didn't like it that short.. and he has this funny little cowlick thing in the front. :)

    This is what I'm talking about for his beautiful, flowing hair! Maybe he uses a blowdryer more then a comb?? But I 'guess' I could see where others may not be able to see his face as well.........
