ohhh - pretty stuff nut!!! i love oil crayons - such beautiful layers/colors possible!!! the colors in the flowers backr=ground are particularly nicely done.......altho 1st one - the blues......very good. have to say dont love the subjects - just mho - but as you say its all experimentation.........not as if all my subjects have always been fascinating!!! LOL
as always - keep it up - youve a natural talent......esp nice sense of color i believe.
btw - 1st pic reminds me a bit of keith haring - do you know him??? - similar figures, sort of a comic figure style.....
no never heard of keith haring...hmm..well with this pic i kinda tried to express a mood..or situation in life...sorta autobiographic..but i noticed that circle of light down there has more of an egg-shape...lol..bugs me a bit...ah am such a perfectionist...hardly ever happy with what i do...but well..i got over myself and posted those pix..felt like striptease...lol
