That was a great show. Slaves and Bulldozes fuckin' slayed.
Oh hell yes. That was the first night he performed Jesus Christ Pose AND Slaves. THREE encores, Loud Love, Sunshower, Mission. God, that show was immense. Hence why the new stuff is so disappointing.
-Rolling Stones, Voodoo Lounge, 1994 (had no idea it was going to be the spectacle that it was, also I was 16 at the time)
-Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, St. Louis 2008 (they played for 3 1/4 hours, played new and old stuff, took requests and played some covers)
-Gloria Estefan, St. Louis 1996 (it was like a huge party)
-Prince, Kansas City 1997 (it was a blast, I was practically dancing the whole time and I had great seats)
-Pearl Jam, St. Louis 1998 (sat on the lawn with my friends, great crowd-pleasing setlist)
-Radiohead, St. Louis 2003 (I was in the pit, killer light show, great setlist)
-Arcade Fire and LCD Soundsystem, Kansas City 2007 (Two of my favorite indie bands, was boogieing to LCD and pumping my fist to Arcade Fire)
-Moby, St. Louis 1999 (Everyone was dancing the whole time, Moby's got a lot of energy on stage, played several instruments, 'Thousand' at the end was epic)

Any of eighty- one Pearl Jam shows for starters. Beyond that, 23 Who shows (12 w/ Moonie, 9 with Kenney, 2 with Zak), especially the 7/24/68 Who-Pink Floyd- Troggs show at JFK Stadium.
