Congrats on winning the lottery! Seems appropriate.

Hope everyone enjoyed the hell out of this little southern swing. I had a blast in VA Beach last night. Got to meet Dangerboy in person and saw one hell of an energetic show from just behind the orchestra (about 13th row from the stage). It was a great ending to a pretty emotional week.

Pearl Jam was AWESOME in Tampa, FL. Although it was kinda a "greatest hits" show....we didn't really care. They came and "visited" us. I met so many numerous other great Pearl Jam Fans! WE personally will ALWAYS LOVE them. We had such a GREAT time! Thanks Pearl Jam! I have a T-shirt - and TAMPA POSTER - (and ticket-stubs) currently being professionally framed. I will never part with something that remains so important to me. Hope you all (those that remain/....and if you read this) have a GREAT time! So worth it! :)

    Will do.

Thanks again for the shout-out from West Palm Beach. That was a killer thing to hear over voicemail!

We're going to Boston in the morning, then down to NYC on Monday for the two MSG shows. My wife has been on a steady diet of PJ for about six weeks now to help get her ready for the show. She laments that she doesn't know all the words yet (what a trooper!), so I told her not to worry because I don't even know most of the words (and I've been listening to them almost since the beginning).

Hoping for EPIC shows in New York. And good baseball, too.

Thanks. That was such a nice thing to say. You must be a really nice person. I was stealth at Connolly's, but my wife bought raffle tix from LukinFan there and we ended up two rows behind him at Cruzan.

Did Tampa, Roo, and Columbia then Hartford and Mansfield 1. Anyone going to either of these two?

I was at the Connolly's preparty, but wasn't selling raffle tickets- I think you're thinking of Stoneg. I did donate a FL themed DVD pack- maybe you won it in the raffle.

No more shows for me- 3 is breaking the bank! :)

Have fun at Hartford and Mansfield- I have friends going to both shows and she is supposed to call me to let me listen to the shows

    More kudos to Columbia, S.C.:

It was my first taste of the Carolina-style mustard-based BBQ sauce...at Maurice's....damn fine stuff.

The Riverbanks Zoo was an interesting and well-done zoo...the penguin exhibit was top shelf.

The No Name Deli had the best Greek Salad that my wife had ever tasted.

I dropped some decent bank at Heroes & Dragons...a comic shop with a unique system for pricing back issues.

The Flying Saucer was top-notch...especially for a PJ pre-party.
