JTR MAY have info (or not?), but I don't think anyone has the info that we actually are looking for except the Pearl Jam company. And we are at their mercy. And they are not going to tell us anything until they want to. That is where I am directing my anger. I think they've been pretty shitty with us with their non communication. All I want is a little dialog, a sign, yes or no.

I haven't lost hope but I didn't really think we would hear anything official yesterday (or today) anyway. Who was it (dangerboy?) who has a source that said there was no news from the band other than Europe? That certainly had a ring of truth to it. So, I think they will play some shows much later in the year. I'm not counting on hearing anything soon.....

And more importantly....I owe the boys sooo much...the feelings, emotions, memories they've givin me........

i hate to do this, but here goes. i don't know who JTR's source is, but mine said this in the last 48 hours:

Not much going on out here. McCready is doing a benefit show at the showbox in April and then the PJ guys are going to Europe for three weeks in June. Other than that, we may have a one off in Toronto in August. That's all I've heard about. Ed and Boom are playing at Jack Johnson's benefit in Hawaii April 21/22."

I feel the same way as a lot of you guys but we do have Lollapalooza now and the rumored one-off in Toronto, plus Jonathan Cohen mentioned US dates in the Billboard article. So there is still hope. JTR may or may not be full of shit, but there will be more US shows this summer.
If they are only doing festivals, I know a couple they could do here in Texas. The Shiner Ocktoberfest in Shiner, TX (Audioslave headlined this a couple of years ago) and Austin City Limits.
Maybe JTR is beening told to keep it all quiet now? He might have word right now and can't say anything.That would suck to be in his shoes right now.I hope I hit the nail on the head JTR if you are reading this and can not post any news for us.But who knows?
