they are likely in my top 12 or so... not quite top 10. i think light grenades is actually their best record, at least the one that i enjoy the most, although morning view was fucking great.
and someone earlier said they've become a much better live band. truer words have never been spoken. having seen them on 5 separate tours, i can definitely say that they get better every time i see them. they are already on my "don't miss if they're within 100 miles" list and may be moving to the "it's worth traveling to see these guys" list...
the guy that does their live sound is also the guy that does (dun, dun DUNNNNN) pearl jam's live sound sometimes (i met him in camden 06 and at other shows, and he was with pj for all of 06 through hawaii, but has been with incubus since they started in january or so)... so it's no wonder they sound so great live.
