Ughhh really pissed I had to miss these shows up in Boston but I’m really happy the tickets I gave to a dear friend from NH who just retired two weeks ago! My present to him

Great set, it was good to see them again. It definitely was the 1st show they played in a bit. Last time I saw them in 2023, they were firing on all cylinders…. Last night didn’t have nearly as much energy. (From the band OR the crowd). It was a great time regardless.

Suture was a very nice surprise.
Song for the Deaf —> Song for the Dead was f’ing killer.
The show felt short, they were only on stage from 8:50 - 10:25, but comparing to 2023, 18 songs or so is usually what they do, so no complaints there. I also didn’t mind getting home before 11:00.  :D
Agree with all of this. Can't wait to see what tonight has in store. Interesting that they didn’t touch the first two albums so maybe a couple of those get sprinkled in.
At one point I thought I heard the opening lick for In The Fade... would love to catch that tonight.

It was also nice when I went to grab a drink during the 4th song & saw the merch booth had no line and everything in stock... walked up & grabbed a foil print, easy peasy.

    LFG N2.
Ha....that's exactly when I was contemplating it too but was just far enough up that I didn't want to move. Even the post show line was bonkers. Need to figure out my plan tonight. Nice score on the foil!

Had such a proud uncle moment when my niece recognized the opening notes of If I Had A Tail and called out the name of the song… #RaisingThemRight

Yeah haven't seen Suture live yet. Also Keep Your Eyes Peeled was a nice surprise as an opener (another song I haven't heard live). This might be a first but no song from the "Rated R" album was played. Pearl-Jam-Smileys

PLUS it will be available to stream. *ducks*

If it had been available to stream before the vinyl pre-sale, I would have known if I actually wanted to buy the vinyl. I'm not paying for a one-sided collector's record without even knowing what it sounds like.

it was. on video. $10 usd

I know - I didn't want to pay anything before hearing it.

90 minutes is kinda weak for a band of their stature, but I get that it's more the norm than anything I suppose. And it's only the first night of the tour so I'm sure that might improve (also not knowing what MGM Fenway's curfew is).

I suppose 18 songs is what they typically go with and they did mix it up fairly well. Hoping for a bit longer tonight and maybe not too many repeats, outside of the hits lol. Either way, good to see these guys back on the road and the videos I saw looked/sounded great.

A lot of the rust was shook off from N1, no doubt.

Opening w/ Little Sister was killer... I love when they kick open the door with hard charging a hit like that. Sick Sick Sick, Lost Art / Secret & Kalopsia, Sky is Falling were all great changes to the set... I Appear Missing brought the house down. They took their time in the build up to the outro which was f'ing gorgeous. I'm glad to see that's in the rotation for this tour, it's easily one of my favorite songs.

I would have liked to hear more from Rated R and anything from the self titled.. I also would have liked a little more variety for the ITNR material (I was hoping for Made to Parade either of the last two nights) but the shows just aren't long enough - I'm not going to complain about that though, considering the price point. I was expecting a lot of the hits again, and for my tastes, they really gave us a great variety with the songs they switched out.

Jon Theodore is a f'ing machine. I could watch him play drums all day long.

Kalopsia and Keep Your Eyes Peeled from N1 *might* have completed Like Clockwork... live for me (someone come up with a QOTSA stat tracker!)

These were great shows. Long Live The Queens.
