With the weather improving and the sun out, its now time to dust off your copy of Everything all the time, and rock out to Band of Horses.

Also My Morning jacket are perfect summer music as well.

Good music for sunny weather.

I’m going to see them in Spokane - 8 hours from my town but it’s the closest
they've ever played. I’m getting excited - maybe a new album coming out to tour?

I think the main one is that Tyler Ramsey left the band. But I was watching them play ACL a few weeks ago and Tyler was with the band. I'm assuming it was a rerun?

  • Why are people quitting BoH all the time?

  • Not quitting here. Fan since hearing them on a KEXP ‘new music’ podcast back in 07’ Ben, Ryan and Crieghton are the core Horses IMO. Excited to see what’s next.

I did see Tyler last night...
he's touring with Carl Broemel from My Morning Jacket & the show was just INCREDIBLE!!!
Can't wait to pick up his new record.

People aren't quitting ALL THE TIME...
Most of the turnover happened in the early years of the band.
Ryan, Tyler & Bill joined the band when they moved from Seattle to South Carolina in 2007.
There was a pretty stable line-up for close to 10 years until Tyler & Bill left in 2017 & Matt returned on the bass.
