Wow, just went to the local record store to buy Brothers of a Feather. Listening now and it's awesome.

BUT, I also noticed they had lots of copies of Lost Crowes - FOR $3.99!!!!! Apparently it's not a mistake, they have tons of copies so are selling for dirt cheap. People in the northeast, hit up your local Newbury Comics.

saw them tonight. amazing. these guys know how to jam.

one of the tshirts they were selling claim: "black crowes - the best rock and roll remedy". tonight they have been true to their words.

I'm a huge Crowes fan.....and highly critical of their work post 3 Snakes. But I truly love Warpaint.

I was crushed that the band blew the opportunity to record with Marc Ford again in 2005-06. But Luther is a great fit.

On "By Your Side" and "Lions" they were trying to write hits. Now they are back to making the kind of music they were meant to play.

I'm also loving their new download system. I've been dipping into the archives and am enjoying the shit out of the 1997 Europe tour.

The live shows are really improving (not that they were bad), Luther & Adam are gelling very nicely, that Kansas city show on Bt etree is just rocking, the band is in a great place right now and breaking out some sick jams and has the confidence to delve into the back catalogue. Great omens for the future i think.

Ill be seeing them for the 5 night run in San Fran in Dec, and ive seen them this year already in London & Amsterdam. To see em in 3 countries (two continents) in a calendar year is a cool thought to me, people at work think im just plain mad, but whaddya they know.

I finally listened to this album thoroughly and I FUCKING love it. My new favorite Crowes album! Locust Street, There's Gold in Them Hills and the outro Whoa Mule are my favorite tracks.

I can't believe I slept on these guys for so many years now. I'm bless they are back together. It's a must for me to see them in October! :)

I hadn't been listening to it much, but popped it in last night since I'm seeing them next weekend at Alpine Valley. Wow, why didn't I realize how damn good this CD was before? I'm so excited to see them, way more than Dave Matthews for whom they're opening.
