If this was the only show you dropped a dime on this year, you'd still be smiling. Dig deep. What about those tax rebates? Wouldn't good ol' dubya be pissed if you spent it on a charity rock concert! hehe

yeah, but you have the Ed Ved and PJ tours before and after, and you know we travel. I feel bad about the Platinums though. I'm tapped, gold is all I can afford to donate, and I was just going to donate, without the package, cause I figured they'd go for more. Yeah.. I know. If there wasn't a tour scheduled for the east, or EV just having had traveled the west coast I think we would be raising mad money for the CCFA. At lease we are still raising a decent amount and it's all good! 0 -

Flight to Mars (featuring Mike McCready) will perform a special benefit concert for the Northwest Chapter of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) at Seattle's Showbox at the Market on Saturday, May 3rd. Tickets are on sale now at http://www.ticketmaster.com and all Ticketmaster locations. Tickets cost $18 in advance ($22 day of show) plus applicable service charges.
Local indie-rockers Feral Children and singer-songwriter Kristen Ward join Flight to Mars for an evening of music in support of CCFA's continued work toward finding a cure for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. In addition, McCready will perform a very special Tribute to Jimi Hendrix during the opening set and will be joined by brothers Rick and Chris Friel -- cofounders of McCready's original band Shadow.
In 2002 McCready made public his 20-year battle with Crohn's Disease and ulcerative colitis and has since been committed to raising awareness and funding for CCFA. "As a patient living with Crohn's and colitis, the CCFA has played a huge part in helping me get the support and information that I need," says McCready. "I'm grateful that my band mates and friends can support and join me for a night of music and fun that will help us find a cure for these debilitating diseases."~*~*~*~

*Gold VIP Package framing will include acid free matting, preservation mounting, UV plexi and a choice from a basic selection of frames. The winner supplies the art to be framed and can upgrade an existing framing package if desired using their gift certificate. Other options such as a wider selection of mats, frames and museum glazing. Framing will be provided by Given to Frame and details will be discussed in person the day of the event. **Platinum VIP Package framing can be used for one elaborate framing package (multiple mats, wide selection of frames) for one print of the winner’s choice.
