And yet again! I'm so sorry I can't make it this year! It's great for those who can. :)

those of you who are bidding $300+ on the Silver, why not bid on the Gold...? You get some pretty cool stuff...

and you guarantee a meeting/photo with Mike (and the rest of the band)!

*Zanne dances 'round the Pit* WOOHOO!!!! To you who did not bid on the first Platinum package, I thank you! Now who's with me on the other one? Come on, are you saving all your dough for the east coast? Spent too much chasing Ed down the west coast? Trust me when I tell you that Flight to Mars and all the openers are NOT to be missed! If this was the only show you dropped a dime on this year, you'd still be smiling. Dig deep. What about those tax rebates? Wouldn't good ol' dubya be pissed if you spent it on a charity rock concert! hehe

    Peace!

Times are tougher, money is in short supply. You can only get what the market will bear. I would suggest lowering the starting bid to generate interest.

yeah, but you have the Ed Ved and PJ tours before and after, and you know we travel. I feel bad about the Platinums though. I'm tapped, gold is all I can afford to donate, and I was just going to donate, without the package, cause I figured they'd go for more. The Jimi tribute will be amazing, and worth the price I think.

Yeah.. I know. If there wasn't a tour scheduled for the east, or EV just having had traveled the west coast I think we would be raising mad money for the CCFA. At lease we are still raising a decent amount and it's all good! :)

    present the
Flight to Mars VIP Pre-Concert Party
    benefiting the
Northwest Chapter of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America
    hosted by
    The Wishlist Foundation

    Show Details
Flight to Mars (featuring Mike McCready) will perform a special benefit concert for the Northwest Chapter of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) at Seattle's Showbox at the Market on Saturday, May 3rd. Tickets are on sale now at http://www.ticketmaster.com and all Ticketmaster locations. Tickets cost $18 in advance ($22 day of show) plus applicable service charges.

Local indie-rockers Feral Children and singer-songwriter Kristen Ward join Flight to Mars for an evening of music in support of CCFA's continued work toward finding a cure for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. In addition, McCready will perform a very special Tribute to Jimi Hendrix during the opening set and will be joined by brothers Rick and Chris Friel -- cofounders of McCready's original band Shadow.

In 2002 McCready made public his 20-year battle with Crohn's Disease and ulcerative colitis and has since been committed to raising awareness and funding for CCFA. "As a patient living with Crohn's and colitis, the CCFA has played a huge part in helping me get the support and information that I need," says McCready. "I'm grateful that my band mates and friends can support and join me for a night of music and fun that will help us find a cure for these debilitating diseases."

I think money is just tight this year for many! I got laid of and last year would have dropped a couple hundred, this year, just can't do it. Hell we aren't 100% sure we are even going. It is events and fund raisers like this that suffer when we pay $3.65 for gas, just not fair pay checks don't go up just Gas, Food, and everything else.

    Keep up good work Wishlist!!

Don't give up yet. Even though you've donated your ticket, there are always more to be had. Waiting and hoping we can make this happen.. If not, I understand fully, but if we can, then great!
