I am in NJ and my listing is showing Nick Lowe and someone else as the guest. Guess it is possible each station has a different rotation, but would be bummed if I don't get to see DBT.

The Jersey show was awesome and only a couple of weeks ago, but still...

Finally got my account straightened out for this board, gotta put my first post in this thread.

Missed the ACL broadcast. It plays at 1 in the morning on Sundays and I forgot to DVR it. I realized this at 3 in the morning when I was up with my 1 1/2 year old searching for something to watch. Has it turned up anyplace online?

Anyone point out the track off Potato Hole that is streaming on Pitchfork:

Booker T, the DBT, and Neil Young.

I'm interested in this as well. My local PBS shows ACL around 2:00 AM (if at all) so I haven't seen it either. Just checked Dime a Dozen and it doesn't appear to be there yet. Keeping my fingers crossed that a torrent pops up eventually.

Looking forward to catching both the Drive By Trucker's set and their set with Booker T at Coachella in April. No doubt both sets will be hotter than the desert heat !!

After a 2 year hiatus from concerts, "PissBottleMan returns to where to it all ended". The last show I attended before the birth of PissBottleBoy was DBT at the New Daisy in Memphis in Oct '06.

Well, in two weeks, I'm headed back to the New Daisy to see DBT.

I will be in the balcony drinking whatever is on draft.

Neil Young was added to the New Orleans Jazz Fest. What are the odds of him sitting in with Booker T & The DBTS?

After looking at the schedule, I guess not very good. Booker T. & The DBTs play on April 24th, Neil plays on May 3.

After a month-hiatus because of Patterson's illness, DBT rolls out 3 rockin' shows this weekend. It'll be my first DBT show in nearly 2 1/2 years.

    Bring the Ruckus!

Enjoy PBM, should be a great time. I'd imagine Patterson will be more amped up than normal for these shows!

Just got an update from DBT (sad to hear about the 18 Wheels news)

DBT has a couple of new releases in the immediate pipeline:

First off, our Austin City Limits show from last fall will be released on July 7 on DVD. The DVD will include the entire performance (only about a third of it was aired when it came on TV).
This is by far the best live performance of ours ever caught on film.
We were on, the sound was excellent, and the production value top-notch. We loved playing on that stage and the crowd was fantastic.
It also features one of the last ever performances of "18 Wheels Of Love", featuring the full monologue and the sequel monologue.

Second in upcoming DBT News, on September 1st, New West will be releasing THE FINE PRINT (A Collection of Oddities and Rarities 2003-2008). We finished mixing it yesterday and are mastering it Thursday. It features 12 songs and maybe the most fun album we've ever made. Songs include "George Jones Talkin' Cell Phone Blues", "Rebels", "Play It All Night Long", "TVA" and the original never released version of "Goode's Field Road".

Finally, we will be in studio this month hard at work on the next new DBT album which should be out by early 2010.

Wonder what's the story behind "18 Wheels of Love" not being played any more....wonder if Patterson's mom and the trucker got divorced?

Great to hear that the Tom Petty cover from "King of the Hill" will now be available.
