At least at the locations I've looked at, it looks like no presales. I think the intent is to keep the purchasing as democratic as possible (although it can be exploited as easily as anything by the brokers/scalpers). But no special treatment just for being associated with a certain bank, I think, is the intent of Bruce's camp.
Trying for Boston but it will be a tough ticket to get. Hoping the TM site can handle the traffic seeing as the entire tour goes on sale at the same time. I am really excited (unlike a lot of his really hard core fans) that he's playing the River in its entirety. I remember hearing the buzz about the 09 show when he did it and it is considered one of his best shows. Getting Sherry Darling, Independence Day, point blank, and Drive all night will be awesome. I downloaded the Brisbane bootleg in 2014 when he played Wild/Innocent front to back. So amazing. Almost a 4 hr show there with the album squeezed right in the middle.
Read this morning that Bruce called in to E Street Radio on SiriusXM yesterday with some tour details. The plan is to play The River in order, with some of the outtakes and other fan favorites after the album is done. He also said they're paring down the band from the recent iterations, going back to a 1985-style lineup (including both Nils and Steve), with Jake on sax and keeping Soozie Tyrell on hand, but losing the full horn section and going without backup singers. This could be fun! (Although I wouldn't be surprised if he changes up the setlist plan after the first few nights, just to keep people on their toes.)

This sounds like it's going to be beautiful. I like that he is going with a pared down band. I just hope I can score some tickets tomorrow! What I really want is a small venue solo tour playing Nebraska front to back. I would lose my shit if that happened.

My god, that outtakes disc is something else. Some of those shouldn't be considered outtakes. More like, "How the hell did he leave this off The River?" Stray Bullet could have easily been on The River.
Trying for Hartford tix tomorrow on my phone at work. I better be in a classroom with great service.

wow he is going to play the river in its entirety. that even makes me more pumped about the show. the river album i have loved ever since it came out. sooo many great songs. the box sets are flooding the stores so i am going to wait till they get down to bargain prices. i think my btr box set cost me $50(new) and i had to pay full price for the darkness box set cause im pretty sure the market wasn't flooded with those(unlike btr and the river)
good luck today everyone and if you want a heads up on ticket buying go for the paperless ticket option as your first pick. you will score those.
Holy shit got floor seats for MSG1!!! Yeaaaahhh baby!

Me, too! It was a difficult buy--got blown off the LiveNation phone app with some decent side-stage tickets in my cart, but once the TM site on my desktop came up with a pair, I had lower-bowl seats at about half-court, only six rows up from the floor, and was able to buy them. If he has a mid-floor runway to break up the GA crowd again like he did on the 2012 tour, I should be in great position for when he's out there, and good position for the overall show otherwise. Can't wait!

Yeah, I had to wait in the que for about 15 mins and then it showed tickets in the upper bowl. I'll take it though. I was prepared for the dreaded "no tickets match you search" message after that long wait.

i kept dumping tickets back and ended upper level straight on for $135 not too pleased about those GA floor prices...but it will be a 3 hour show and EPIC so glass is still half full
wtf... I was trying for Chicago, Milwaukee, and Minneapolis and got NOTHING... never even saw tickets despite being on right at 10am and even calling the box offices... FUCKING SCALPERS... plenty to be had on stubhub already at $350+ for GA :(
Getting nervous here. I hope nothing at work interrupts my important mission. Funny how they have an 8 ticket limit for seats. Who besides a scalper really needs 8 tickets?

Got 2 floor for Pgh. Pumped. I've seen the Boss quite a few times, but never in the pit. And it'll be my wife's first time experiencing the heart-stopping, pants-dropping, hard-rocking, booty-shaking, love-making, earth-quaking, viagra-taking, justifying, death-defying, legendary E Street Band.

This trying for tickets to these big shows anymore is becoming such a joke. It seems to be getting worse and worse every year.

And as of right now I need all 4. If something comes up then I will sell them for face value.
