I was smiling pretty much the whole time, danced, sang, clapped along. That is what a show is all about! So much fun, such great musicianship, loved it!
I've only seen them once too, and that was my exact reaction after the show. These guys and gals are high energy, great musicians and look like they are actually happy to be there.0 -
GA's and side stage seats have been dropping like wildfire these past two hours for the 4/4 show at the Izod in Jersey.
Scored a pair for my daughter and I... anyone else going?0 -

Show was great tonight, my one and only of the tour and it was awesome. Candys Room was a first for me and a big highlight but then came Racing in the Street and the show could've ended there and it would've been the greatest. Trapped out of the encore break was also a big standout2006: 5/28

Just got back from Izod 2. WOW!
Ties... Jackson Cage into She's the One... Candy's Room... Trapped... and then Racing?
The full horn section on this tour is a huge plus. Killer show!
Wish I was going to the MSG shows but I'll be at the 3rd leg MSG dates, for sure.0 -
I've got GA for the show next week in Detroit.....got an e-mail that they are doing a lottery for this....anyone else take advantage of this yet and is it worth it/make a difference? Never gone early for a GA show before and have always gotten up front, is this set-up for Bruce's shows any different? Thanks'93 Toronto

This is a MUST DO!! Here's how it worked when I went. You show up super early (I think we were there by like 2PM) and get a bracelet for free. Then you come back in the time they tell you and line up according to the number on the bracelet. They then call out a number, and if your bracelet matches or is xx numbers above the bracelet, you are escorted into the venue early. You then get another bracelet which entitles you to the front GA. All others are behind the soundboard.
In 2009, I got in from the lottery at Nassau Coliseum and watched the entire show from about 10 feet away from the stage, which accounts for one of the top concert experiences of my life. If you don't do the lottery, you are guaranteed to be at least as far back as the soundboard. I promise, it is worth the effort. Also, if you lose the lottery, they still let you in early, only you can only get to the front of the back part of GA.0 -

I just have to say I LOVE the new album. It's funny, I kind of took him for granted when I was younger. In the last few years I haven't got enough of him. He's in my top 3 wish list for live shows. So right now, I have Born to Run and his last three studio albums, along with the "Essential Bruce Springsteen", which spans his entire career up to "The Rising". If I had to get three more albums right now, what should they be?0

Watched Bruce's "Storytellers" episode tonight. It was on a few nights ago during the early hours of the morning and had it on the DVR. Bruce was funny on that.Shows: 6.27.08 Hartford, CT/5.15.10 Hartford, CT/6.18.2011 Hartford, CT (EV Solo)/10.19.13 Brooklyn/10.25.13 Hartford

No reviews from Fridays show at MSG?
Tomorrow can't come soon enough0 -
Somebody in the side stage seats at Izod 2 had a great camera and was a terrific photographer... they got several shots of our area of the pit. I'm the tall guy mugging in the white (EV) t-shirt and my daughter's face is barely visible in front/below me under the big woman's chin. Bruce was playing his harmonica to her though -- really awesome moment!

Here's a killer behind the stage perspective of Izod 2 during "Trapped." The highlight of the night for me... check out the crowd during the chorus!

Monday's show at the Garden is going to be through the roof... I'm betting you folks will get Incident that night.0 -
Man, I wish it was last week again!!! Bruce and the band blow 90% of bands their junior WAY out of the water! It should be some sort of law that everyone should go to a Springsteen show once in their lives--that's how good they are!"Sometimes you find yourself having to put all your faith in no faith."
