i would suggest getting some clear picture corners and stick them to the mat board..that way it will keep the poster in place and also keep the poster back off the glass.

Thanks for the tip. This is the first time I every really tried to frame anything myself and I know nothing about it. But I figured it wasnt a good idea to use glue. I did my best

yeah, don't use glue. You might want to consider getting spacers as well. It's not good for the art to touch the glass. Basically just put the spacers all around the corners of the glass. You can get both photo corners and spacers at any craft shop. The corners are cheap, the spacers are usually about 6 bucks for a stick. (my posters take 2 sticks each most of the time)

that perth is a beautiful poster. I'm so happy to have it! And I must commend you on your Chicago Klausen. When I first saw it I was really dissapointed (also known as "I hated it") But that blue background makes it look really nice.

Does anybody have a recommendation for a good shop to get some posters framed in Chicago proper, preferably in Lincoln Park or Lakeview? There seem to be quite a few, but I don't have time to get quotes from all of them. Any help would be much appreciated.

I just finished my Santa Barbara 06 and Pitt 06 (which frames up really nice... awesome poster in person)

I had my Pink borgata framed with only a single black mat w/ a red core so it just has a thin red line around it. Black wooden frame. Looks pretty good.

I just got mine done, will take pics soon. I did a triple matte, black, red, black, with a black brused metal frame and a reverse cut on the matte so you don't see the wite part. It looks amazing. I'll try and post pics this weekend.
