Those look great!! Where do you take your posters? I went to Aaron Bros for my first and only and it was a bit steep. I did get a single mat but I didn't think it would be over $180...maybe I'll get the rest without a mat...
All done at Hobby Lobby. Can't beat it with a stick when they have their 1/2 off sale. It's every other week and I can usually (depending on poster size) get 2-3 of them done for +/-$150. It's a great deal.
Yep, thanks for the closeups. Never read the "Wanna take a ride" on the mammoth before. Still a very weird poster. It's just an extension of the Severed Hand theme from Toronto II. Still prefer the dragons.
I just won/bought a Vancouver '05 from Ebay...finally for a decent price...i'll have it framed up as soon as i get it...hopefully i can get my hands on a gorge 1 & 2 from this year to go along with it...at a price that doesnt cost me my soul
i cannot stop the thought.......running in the dark

i dropped off my one and only pearl jam poster, italy 2006, at the framers monday. archival all the way baby, but totally simple..i can't wait to get it back. normally i do all my own framing/matting/archival preservation, but i thought for this, i'd have pros do it.

simple, matte black metal frame, acid free/archival safe backing board, UV glass with spacer bars. i wanted it plain and simple, no matting....just to preserve the print. sadly, i did manage to get a couple creases in the poster, dragging it around italy, no tube, eh well. you cannot see any of em in my pics, anything you do see is simply reflections/smudges on the glass right now. it still looks great, and a wonderful momento of my italian tour...so yes, i am happy.

dont go with the white... the ivory mat numbers I gave you are a perfect match... I mean PERFECT.
How do you measure the mat, the exact size of the print when you order from American Frame, or a lil bigger?

these all look amazing! great stuff
Nicely done. On your Toronto Klausen, is that a gray bottom matte, or white? I may steal your idea when I frame mine.
got that pic in imageshack by any chance..would love to see it.

I seriously was going to hold this print ransom from my friend... I really didn’t want to part with it once I got this done
oops double post but is still looks good
Great job! You actually made this awful poster look somewhat decent. Great mat choice.
