OK got the Copenhagen done...I only collect the AP's so its taking me awhile to get the ones I want. I could save a lot of $$$ going with the cheaper frames that are thin but I like the preservation matting, non-glare glass and the thicker frames....these mean a lot more to me then just hanging a bunch of posters up at once.

Waiting to frame MSG night 2, 2008, Toronto 09.

That Copenhagen looks great! I have that poster as well, and I am slowly working my way towards getting that one framed. I still have a few more to do before I get to that one. That said, yours is one of the better ones I have seen so far. Great job!

    Thanks!

Nice work TipJammer, if one is capable its always more rewarding!

Looks like we've been to the same shows. I forgot about the mermaid Merriweather one until recently. It's a tough one to frame and pricey. Have you done Pitt typewriter? Love DC.

actually pittsburgh 03 was my first show. a friend of mine went to merriweather, had it laying around and gave it to me. it wasw hard to figure out what colors to go with. i almost went with a lighter blue instead of the teal but i couldn't decide. i thought the teal made it stand out more, and i guess that's supposed to be the point. haven't done the typewriter yet, not sure which one to frame next. trying to do one a month. i have london 05, pitt 06, cleveland 06, lolla, reading 04, vfc general poster, and i think that's it yet to frame. for the pittsburgh typewriter i was thinking about a wood frame but i might go black metal.

Hey Pat, I have around 70 or so unframed, I think the majority of those will stay like that. They are safely stored in a portfolio, so its nice to get that out every now and then and have a look through. Its maybe a little wasteful to have them stored out of sight but to be fair they are good to have, and one day they may come in useful for my work office or something, and over time thier value will increase I think.

I think next i will maybe frame the new hawaiian Klausen (when i finally get my hands on one - I hada guy grabbing me one from Flatstock but alas it didnt make it to the printers in time) and the Klausen Manchester - I love that print.

I also want to grab the Yield 1998 firehouse - missed one on ebay the other day that sold for 190 bucks. unreal. I watched it all week too. I'm dumb some times

I was just thinking of this...I may have to use a wood frame on this one. Darker hues overall may not lend well to anything metal IMO. When I do get mine up will post the pics.

I used a color printer. I was happy with that when I had no posters on my walls, but now......

I'll try to post a picture tonight. A lot of stuff there is Neil Young stuff and others.

And sadly, no Benaroya! I still have a hard time convincing myself on spending that much money on it. Maybe someday if I get a good price.
