VH1 Rock Honors Pre-Party????

I thought it would be fun to try and get people together for a mini pre-party before the Rock Honors show...if anyone is interested, post here so we can figure something out!

    Yeah, I generally agree about the W. Maloney's always was cool back in the day though. BJ's is fine but it is everywhere. Maybe Westwood Brewing Company since it is unique to Westwood.

    I'm trying to find out the parking situation up there...I don't know the area. Westwood Brewing Co sounds fun...

    There are basically two options -- you can park on campus in a structure, or you could park in a little lot in Westwood and walk to campus, which is right next to Westwood. If you park in the structure, you'd have to walk to the pre-party and then back-track to the show. But it is not far.

    parking for pauley or westwood?

    westwood used to be all street parking with a couple structures but i'm sure that's changed.....haven't been to pauley in 15ish years but i do remember parking on campus....generally though, it's all walkable

    There are a couple little lots in Westwood, but they are kind of crowded and expensive. If you have a nice car, I would recommend a structure on campus that is between Pauley Pavilion and Westwood Village. Here is a map.

    I'll probably park in Structure 8, but I guess 4,5,6,7,8 are all close to Pauley.

    We should meet up at Westwood Brewing Co. then or wherever you guys think. I am down for anything.

    Sounds like a plan!! You can add 3 more to the list. We are staying around the corner at the Royal Palace Westwood so we should be able to get there for 5! I can hardly wait!!!

    I seem to recall that Maloney's closed down.

    If anyone is looking for places to eat before the beers, I recommend:

    Napa Valley Grill (expensive)

    Lamonica's NY Pizza (cheap)

    Mongolian BBQ (Cheap...you pile-on the ingrediants, and they then cook them up!)

    Saks Teriyaki (Cheap, close to the Westwood Brewing)

    Shamshiri Persian (about a mile away, but great food...moderate price)
