    likely not....they make this shit really confusing because I think what they mean is that you could do a withdrawal from your retirement account (401k, 403b, IRA, etc.) penalty free in order to make a down payment on a house. He's so stupid he just repeats the "401k" verbiage.

    Particularly since Denmark took the most casualties per capita in Afghanistan. Maybe if there were a CCOOTWH Tower in Kabul and it was protected and suffered no damage, he'd be grateful, but I doubt it.

    its an employer based retirement plan, in place of a pension. basically 401k is an irs designation, using pre-tax contributions by the employee and often receiving an employer contribution as well.
