No chance.  First of all they never do that for EV solo.  Secondly, 10c didn’t sell the tickets but only gave a code that allowed purchases from the Japanese ticket company.  The code was not individualized so they wouldn’t have a way of doing seat by 10c seniority even if they wanted to.

It all depends on what you are looking for, the city itself, the EV show or a combo?  The venues has different capacities, Nagoya and Kyoto around 2000, Osaka 2700 and Tokyo 8000.   My thoughts was: it’s a once in a lifetime to se EV at a 2000 capacity venue.  If I should choose one, I’ll go for Kyoto.  It’s the first capital of Japan and lots of stuff to se there. But Kyoto don’t have an airport, that’s in Osaka so do both of those 😉

So once in a lifetime, or three times in four nights!

After the Tokyo show will it be possible to catch metro or train service to Shinjuku station before the trains stop running for the night? If so is it safe?

Yes. It is safe. The train maps look complicated but it is not that bad. The trains stop around 12:30 am. So get back to Shinjuku and then go drinking Worse comes to worse, you get a cab. But they are not cheap.

Never mind the prices below because this is a scalper site but it says what the game is.  There are lots of tickets available from the actual team.  If we can get a few PJ fans to buy some seats as a group it could be fun…

If you are going to go, go to the Tokyo Dome for the Giants. There is also an amazing roller coaster nearby, if you enjoy that type of fun.
