    And he's the reason we're getting so many transplants from Cali to my Southern state. Just sold 10 acres to a couple from Sacramento. Said most of Cali has become a complete shit hole due to political leadership.  Also getting some Oregon and Washington state transplants as well. Actions speak louder than words.
