If the vinyl record comes with a printed inner, or if it comes with a generic white one (with/or without an insert instead) -- does it matter?

It doesn't matter. As good with an insert

It does feel cheaper with a white one but if I'm being honest it's not something that goes into my buying decision nor is it something that I would hold against a band or label for a future purchase

Good poly lined plain inners with a separate insert of liner notes, art, etc.

I really don't care, as long as the inner isn't scratchy.
