    It’s an authoritarian play to emotion that sets up the narrative that dems are “pro crime and lawlessness”. This is how it’s framed when people will push against the illegality and anti-constitutional aspects of it. He’ll do this traveling circus off and on for 3 1/2 years, focusing more in 2028 on the state where the dem nominee is. Measurable results don’t really matter to the right, as well as how short sighted it is. They see him as “doing something” after he goes around declaring continuous states of emergencies.  “The left doesn't care about crime and will just criticize Trump even when he’s doing good things”. 
    That's pretty much it...

    I don't have a problem with arresting criminals. That was supposed to be the focus...illegals that are involved in crimes. 

    What is happening more often is people that are here with expired visas are getting targeted. I can't imagine the manpower that goes into hunting someone down versus using that manpower to fight real crime. It's like having FBI agents policing DC versus doing their real jobs. Total mismanagement of resources.

    When several masked agents assaulted and handcuffed a delivery worker near  D.C.’s Logan Circle, bystanders videotaping the encounter repeatedly asked to see badges. One of the officers said: “Do I have to answer to you?” The bystander said: “You got to answer to somebody!” “Are you guys working for the U.S. government or not?” The agent answered: “Back the f*ck up.” 

    The bystander said: “You guys are ruining this country, you know that, right?”

    The agent made his MAGA allegiance clear. He answered: “Liberals already ruined it.”

    Read a thread about the defected/absent Dems that left so that Texas couldn't redistrict.  What they said was one was held against her will.  Is that true?

    I'll fact check here soon but if so that is just beyond bizarre.

    Yes, it's true. They locked the doors so she couldn't leave.

    Texas Democratic state Rep. Nicole Collier abruptly left a call with California Gov. Gavin Newsom and other Democratic Party members after claiming she was told she was committing a felony by participating in the meeting from a state Capitol bathroom.
