so few plans at the moment for 2026, the big bands are focusing only on London which is a pain, so at the moment missing Metallica and System of a Down.

Will catch Ocean Colour Scene a few times, and waiting on Placebo's dates currently. There is always that hope that Live get over to Europe and Rancid remember they are allowed outside of the USA.....fingers crossed.

i regret not buying tickets for metallica in london for july 3rd and 5th.

mumford announced hyde park on july 4th a couple weeks ago it would be 3 great shows in a row.

So are we thinking nothing will happen with it be PJ 35 per say etc..
This board is weirdly fascinated with this PJ35 idea. There was no PJ25, no PJ30, why would there be a 35? Especially with the lineup in transition.
I know! I’ve never understood it. They celebrated an anniversary like so many bands do at some point in their career. Why members on this board think they’ll do it again, I have absolutely no idea?!

2026 is looking a bit poor. A few good shows in the Summer for me - MCR, SOAD/QOTSA and Foos but that’s about it. Nothing ultra exciting like the last few years with the Dark Matter shows, Oasis reunion or QOTSA catacombs etc

For starters, there's already been some PJ35 things happening... There's a 10C shirt with "35" on the front, there was guitar pic. This band has celebrated milestones throughout the years in big and small ways. I don't think it's out of pocket to wonder if something may or may not happen with PJ35.

Its my Big 50th this year so of course they aren't touring. I was hoping to finally get over to Seattle for a show.

Must be nice to be off since May!  Play some shows already or at least get some on the calendar.  There's lots of places that haven't seen a show in years!  (I'm looking at you Wyoming, Maine and North Dakota!)

Quiet here too.  A few local shows (Offspring/Bad Religion) and Megadeth/Anthrax, and one trip to Vancouver to see Rush.

Starting to sound like some of the act's I've been hoping might tour that I've never seen, won't be doing it this year.

Any details on timing of announcements or dates on that? This and Metallica at the Sphere are the only potential travel commitments I have on my radar for 2026. Radiohead wouldn’t need much lead time but sure would love to have an idea of whether to hold and what to plan around.
