I never get tired of hearing the lore over and over again. I love the energy and awe about how it all came together and how grateful they all feel to be doing this together.
More of the same 90's stories???? Glad I can skip this. Geez.

I haven't finished the episode, but that part was the first 22-(23?) minutes (unless they go back to it later).

I thought the same thing during that portion...can we hear about post 1998? lol

There may be some gems in that ~23 min that some didn't know already, so maybe it's worthwhile. 🤷‍♂️
To be fair, this isn't an interview just for Pearl Jam fans. This is an interview for music fans, most of whom may not know the backstories we do as long-time fans of the band. I still enjoyed it immensely.
I think this is a very narrow view of what the talk could be about and still engage both general music-fans and fans.

I think it’s a funamentally boring trait for a so-called ”huge fan”-interviewer to get stuck in in the ”first years”. Leave that for The View.

(still a very nice listen and great talk about the first years).
I'm not sure what there is to talk about the last 20 years.   In 2006 the wash/rinse/repeat touring style started.  Amazing live shows, solid albums, same members of the band, less drama, posters still, bootlegs still, etc....  The only thing I am interested in is how the band interacts with each other in the studio.  Perhaps we could have got more of that, but even then I'm not sure we'll get much more than what die hard fans have already heard over the years.
I think you can talk to the ban d about the last 20 years, without having to talk about "posters".
