Some people vote for racist pedophile rapists....three times

Millions and millions of them!  It's hard to imagine that many people would willing want to have a racist pedophile as their leader, but here we are.
Millions of people, some of whom are on here, enjoy being lied to, enjoy being grifted, enjoy supporting racist anti-constitutionalist xenophobes. All in the name of making the richest richer and owning the libs.

Exactly!  And why anyone would support that is beyond me, especially those poor bastards who live in some godforsaken, poverty stricken part of the country.  How can they still honestly think billionaire, pedophiles, racists, and/or pro fascists are going to make their lives better?  I guess that's how cults work.  Pretty sad.

The simplest answer is he was shot. That’s not being a rube. A bullet grazing an ear doesn’t tear apart cartilage. No surgery needed. Not even stitches. You sound liked you’ve never scraped your knee or anything, just because there’s blood doesn’t mean a piece of your body was blown off.
A lone assassin grazing his ear is a much more simple explanation than dozens of people involved, convincing a kid to give up his life for a stunt, shooting an innocent man in the background, getting local police and secret service all in on it together, staging a blood pack that not a single person has found any evidence of…that’s a much more complex explanation.
    also ask yourself this.

what would a ballroom have done to prevent what happened saturday?

the answer is nothing. the correspondent's dinner is a private affair. not a public one. there is no way that a private event would have been held at the white house ballroom.

the administration is conflating the desire for a tax payer funded ballroom and it would not have made anybody safer.

that is like saying "someone carjacked me out in public but if i had my 400 million dollar garage it would not have happened." two things, completely unrelated, becoming conflated in influence the legal system.

    just stop it.

Given the history of grift it feels to me like the ballroom was always intended to be paid for with taxpayer dollars. So whatever donations were given went to his accounts

He was probably thinking of summer of 2022, so he was off by a year. And I think it was $5, not 6. But still was a record high that year, higher than the average today, which was his point.

But I still agree this war is pointless and has caused gas to go up by $1.50 in 2 months.

According to AAA, the national average today is $4.30.
The national average (not just California) was higher in May, June and July in 2022. That period is known for having the highest gas prices in history, peaking in June of 2022. When someone refers to high gas prices a few years ago, its not a stretch to think they are referring to the summer of 2022.

Now, with this war and summer still around the corner, it is very likely that we surpass that this year.

Well the California avg is always way higher due to taxes and environmental surcharges.... ;)

I find it funny how everyone argues over gas prices...then say the president has no control...then blame the other president...

It is 100% clear that presidential policies CAN lead to an increase at the pump.  Both wars like today and environmental policies...though more prevalent at the state level.  But on 1 thing I would agree with trump on, the price at the pump doesn't determine if the policy is good or bad alone.  There are many reasons the Iran War is bad and the price at the pump is low on the list.
