    A quick Google search shows, “Globos Payaso: Recognized as the largest manufacturer of latex balloons in the world.”  And where are they based out of? Mexico. So don’t tell me the cartels (and probably Antifa) aren’t behind this. 
    I hope this leads to a much needed ban on party balloons and party-balloon-related organizations and events.
