- No evidence has emerged that protesters intentionally started that fire.
- Video footage reviewed by The Guardian and Washington Post showed flash-bangs, tear gas, and rubber bullets deployed against protesters without clear provocation.
- Protesters were often seen dispersing or shielding themselves, not advancing aggressively.

Thank you for posting these facts.  They can all be verified without little effort.  

Sure, there are always going to be some in every crowd who will turn to violence (including those who are doing so to make the peaceful protesters look bad).  But most protesters are doing what is allowed in a democracy and are non-violent.  I'm glad to know most people here understand that.  (The few who don't understand that or deny it are off my radar, so I don't care about them.)

Sure they were mostly peaceful, but if they burn one car, shut down one highway, trump has all he needs to send in troops. 

The terrible irony is, in many areas, a huge portion Latino population voted for trump.

and why the heck do they wave Mexican flags, a place so terrible, they had to leave to allegedly enter the US illegally. If it’s so great, theyll give you a thousand bucks to go back.

Besides blocking roads, they also hurled concrete, bricks and set cars on fire. And allegedly a Molotov cocktail was thrown at police.
Obviously the majority of people gathered were not engaged in vandalism and violence, but how many does it need to e to go from a protest to a riot? In my opinion, I think when people from the group start throwing deadly objects and police and set cars on fire, you’ve crossed that line.

of vandalism police cars, burning cars, throwing bricks backing Trump?
Riots did breakout during the LA protests. Don’t know why some refuse to admit that. I really don’t know what that conversation has to do with Trump or who you voted for.

So….i think it’s really dumb that they do that as well. Imagine immigrants clashing with police and flying the American flag….much better optics. But of course it doesn’t surprise me that they don’t think things through.
