    I would say we are already 70% packed and ready to go. Its been quite a summer for us. Put a ton of work into the house, while we were both recovering from surgery. It wasn't easy. We never went to the pool, no concerts, we made it to only one Cubs game. But when we get to our place in Florida, we will make up for it. We have already decided that our 1st 2 weeks will be our "vacation". We are going to act as if we are on vacation for 14 straight days. Pool, Disney, a drive to the ocean, nice meals, etc.

    The gentleman walked in my house, told me "This is a really nice house"! Then told me how simple this inspection will be.  

    10 minutes later he told me to purchase 2 smoke detectors for the basement. Then he told Kathy and I to enjoy Florida. 


    Lol, we had one of those horror stories with our inspection before selling our old house.

    Glad everything went well and hope you have a smooth move to Florida!

    Yesterday was a good day.
    Buyers Inspection seems to have gone well. I haven't heard from his lawyer yet but his agent wants to know if we have any problem moving up the closing date.

    No problem 
    Close tomorrow if ya want.
    IM OUTTA HERE!!!!!

    Hvac guy was here for 2nd time this week.

    Im guessing problem is solved
    Village inspector was back today to make sure I did minor work that needed to be done. That went well
    Water meter guy from village was here today for whatever-the-fuck reason. That went well.
    Have sent 5 emails to lawyers today.

    Yeah, a reality show. Hahaha

    Thanks, we are looking forward to the adventure. Im just SO FUCKING DONE with Chicago. Ill hold off on ranting about the crime, the politics, how much this city has changed in the last 20 years, etc. 
    Her and I have talked about leaving this SHIT HOLE for 20 years. We are finally doing it. 

    Me and Florida would not make a good reality show.
    Me and Chicago would have been classic.
