Bricklink Series 6 crowdfunding goes live on 10/6.  I may be tempted to get the Sequoia set, but there are a few interesting ones as well ..

I like the Sequoia set, a little pricier than I expected but a great looking set. I also like the Art Factory set - some fun functionality there.

In standard sets, also looking forward to the GameBoy set coming up.

Here is what I will be working on over the next 5 or 6 baseball games ... my box inspector has approved it.

I may have to reconsider this set. I am not a Batman fan per say, but that set looks awesome and I do like the Lego Batman (Will Arnett) version.

I think the Art Factory might be the best of the batch after taking some more time to review the sets.  I will probably pass on the Sequoia at the high price.

Found the GameBoy today in a local store a few days early. Was excited to pick it up and should be a fun little build.

We had the chance to check out the Relics: A New World Rises exhibition in Sydney this weekend. It was created by 2 guys that won Lego Masters Australia a few years ago and is full of really cool builds. We could’ve spent hours in there looking at all the little details.

    https://www.relicsexhibitions.com/

Relics is set in a dystopian 2130. Humanity’s reign has ended, but the world is slowly recovering and showing signs of new life, one brick at a time.
LEGO minifigures have risen from the debris to craft intricate civilisations inside discarded objects, each one inspired by the relic they now call home. A vintage refrigerator becomes a cryogenic health resort, a typewriter transforms into a newspaper headquarters, and a Volkswagen Beetle houses an energy revolution.

I really loved the VW Beetle and the theatre district on the piano, but they were all amazing.

There was also an ATM with the bank inside, including a vault, an old Jansen amplifier with a band on stage, arcade games, bookshelves, a JetSki oasis, and so many more. Crazy creative builds.

This is pretty cool gingerbread AT-AT and not a bad price at $60 considering the Star Wars tax Lego usually adds on.

Much better deal than the $1,000 Death Slice

Bricklink Series  goes live 11 am EST today.

I think I'm going with the Outlaw Forest Den after thinking about it.  The Art Factory looks pretty cool, but I'm going to try to restrict myself to just one set and the nostalgia of the Den works for me.

Nice on the Outlaw Forest Den. I bought the Art Factory. Site struggled a bit but eventually went through. In looking through the sets this series there’s not a bad one in the bunch, and should appeal to a variety of LEGO fans.

Yeah, site is slow.  Can't get the order to come up.  They must be using Pearl Jam's old ticket server.

Some good deals on Amazon at the moment for Prime days, some clearance sets on the Lego website, and double points on the Lego website next week.

Yeah, the Imperil Drop Ship vs Rebel Speeder is $24 and a Lego.com exclusive.  Good price for the minifigs alone.  Just the minifigs would cost $35-$40 on Bricklink plus shipping.  Plus you get a few well built ships.  I have a few of these in the past for army building.

Got the notice that the previous round of the BrickLink series are shipping soon. Totally forgot I ordered one months ago - so it was a fun surprise.

The Batman wall art is a long project.  I'm about halfway done doing around 2 bags a night ... I think there are 50.  Lots of stickers too.

Whoever designed this is a Lego genius.

Mine is arriving today, I am looking forward to it.
does it have the option to free stand and hang on the wall?

finished the Soundwave transformer, pretty cool also.

I don’t think it has the free standing option.  It has wall hanging connections though.  This is probably the most interesting build i’ve done.  It never ceases to amaze me.

Take time with the stickers, especially the “Police “ blimp stickers to make sure they are applied correctly.  The Lego App is great for figuring placement out.  I use tweezers and some magnifying glasses to help.

4 bags left!   I should finish tomorrow.
