Remember when David Letterman had the “Trump or Monkey” game?

    It’s harder than you think.

Remember when David Letterman exposed Donald Trump’s hypocrisy on manufacturing jobs being stolen by China? He had his ties made there. This is from 2012.

July 1987, Moscow, USSR — Trump, 41 years old, flies to Moscow at the invitation of Soviet Ambassador to the U.S., Yuri Dubinin.

Upon returning from Moscow, the bankrupt Trump suddenly receives loans from 16 banks and, without negotiation, purchases The Plaza Hotel for $407.5 million — a record price for a hotel.

What does this mean? There are several theories, one of which suggests that Trump is a russian asset.

Currently, three former KGB agents claim that Trump was recruited by russia. They allege that the KGB used flattery and business opportunities to appeal to Trump’s ambitions, aiming to recruit him as an asset.

Upon his return to the U.S., the then-apolitical Trump began loudly criticizing NATO, taking out full-page ads in The Washington Post on September 2, 1987.

These claims come from Alnur Mussayev, former KGB officer and ex-head of Kazakhstan’s intelligence service, as well as ex-KGB agents Yuri Shvets and Sergei Zhyrno, who now reside in the U.S. and France, respectively.

None of these former KGB operatives has provided direct evidence, but the fact that three agents, speaking at different times and from different locations, tell the same story suggests that the possibility should not be dismissed.

Regardless of whether these allegations are true, Trump’s behavior is telling. He has sided with russia and North Korea at the UN, is pulling out of NATO, and has alienated Western allies with trade wars.

Are the magas from last year who all told us everything was gonna be fixed quickly and easily still around?

Are these magas now buying into the no pain, no gain messaging from Trump, which is precisely the opposite of what he promised last year?

Those magas still around... or nah?

Unfortunately most of them were banned. I'd legitimately like to ask one of them if he still believes Dems are the "party of billionaires."

They would push the horizon for "quickly", parroting Trump and his goons.  Like you are saying.

You already know what they’d say. Let’s not act like they’d have an original thought.

Sure....but we now have some tangible evidence that things have changed for the worse despite all the improvements that were promised on Day 1.

One of the guys last year was convinced inflation was going to go down as a result of the tariffs despite every piece of information to the contrary lol   I was looking forward to picking that conversation up when prices inevitably increased.

How long before the first military exercise close to the Canadian border? Someone has obviously told Trump that he can't take Canada by military force, to get his imperialistic win as President... but when will the strong-man military moves start?

As long as it takes to pull the troops from South Korea and Okinawa.
