    Yeah they’ll do it right but I implore you to go for the city as much as the show.  PJ 2010 was cherry on top of a great weekend

    Agree on the above post. I live 2.5 hours from New Orleans and visit often-amazing city.

    Pretty sure a rock and roll band can choose to not play a Shell backed event. 

    Active choice to instead do so. 

    Sad times. 
    Well, reverse time and have people pay $15 for records again.  Easy to be sponsorless when the money is flowing in.

    Weirdly, people are paying $35 for records now.

    It is so strange to me that the going price for new releases in the late '80s/early '90s was $7.99 LP/$11.99 CD, but in 2025 the CD price has only gone up a couple of bucks while the LP price has quadrupled.
