The 2025 Dark Matter Tour (aka "Something New, Something Old") Regular Ticket Price Tracking Thread

Pearl Jam's 2025 Leg of the Dark Matter Tour of the southern states (and Pennsylvania). Start date: 04/24/25

 - All info as of 7:15pm EST, January 13th, 2025 on the TM website, tracking standard admission & PJ Premium/Platinum price drops.
 - "Fan Verified" is now "Artist Presale". The code shield dropped after one day, and several upper level regular priced tickets became publicly available (and sold).
 - As usual, PJ Premium began on day of sale with some members (including myself) reporting app freezes while they had regular priced tickets in their cart. They were then bought by other presale buyers (or bots), while others magically morphed into PJ Premium.
 - Fan-to-Fan Ticket Sales went live EARLY. It rolled out on December 19th. Far less action than the last 2 F2F's. The end of the 2024 tour in Boston (not counting Ohana Festival), had decent availability open up on the day of show.
 - The link that's created from you listing tickets is super helpful to try & beat the bots/scalpers, so PLEASE try to scan the boards various threads for people's ISO's to see if you can find a buyer, rather than just randomly dropping your tickets. Be a pal! :)
 - UNCHANGED: If you won (and buy) tickets from the 10 Club lottery, you will only be able to resell the ticket on F2F for what you paid. So, if you paid between $170-$191, that's what you'll get back (save for the occasional fee). If you paid $1,200 for PJ Premium, you can only sell for $1,200. Same for $895 in Florida. BE CAREFUL.

This thread's purpose is to use data from the 2022, 2023, and 2024 tours to help Pearl Jam fans get the best seats (or any seat) possible for the 10* shows without paying insanely marked up prices. Even if the shows sell out, there will be sporadic drops of tickets. Anywhere from just 2 seats, to entire sections.
SO... with that in mind, my focus is encouraging all fans to AVOID purchasing PJ Premium.
As with every year, any leftover PJ Premiums slowly fell in price until show day, where they reverted to Standard pricing. The same will happen this year, because the same system was in place for the tours from 2022, 2023, and 2024. Hold fast!
  • 04/24 - Hollywood, FL N1 = $190 face, sad we won't get Tampa, but 2 Florida shows are better than NO Florida shows. Upper level seats listed as Premiums were at $895, $994 and $1,053, and dropped SLIGHTLY to $894, $946, and $995. Like last week, it's going to be like this for awhile. We will not see any significant drop until April, but it's already happening as the $1,053 price has disappeared. If any seats (blue dot tickets) remain, they will drop to Standard pricing by day of show. There are a few F2F magenta dots ranging between $894-$1,000. DOUBLE CHECK THE PRICE BEFORE CHECKOUT, FOLKS. Your odds are better for this show, if you can only make one of the FL dates. Probably because it's Thursday, there are more tix available than N2. Regardless, this show will sell out.
  • 04/26 - Hollywood, FL N2 = $190 face, same data as Night 1 (see above). Some people bit the bullet & bought Premium. You do not have to. While, this show has a higher demand, and there will be fewer drops (which means fewer chances), it's still within the realm of possibility to score closer to showtime. This show will sell out.
  • 04/29 - Atlanta N1 = $191 face, decent movement this week, with at least 5 F2F face value sales logged. Still, Lower Level & Floor seats listed as Premiums were at $410, $511, $564, $682, $888 and $975. Those first two went down to $351 & $410 and they either sold, or were pulled (not uncommon). Current listings are at $446, $564, $682, and $888 - all Premium seats (blue dots) will drop to Standard pricing by day before/day of show if they remain unsold. Because they've been away from Georgia for so long, if you don't count the overpriced F2F seats (magenta dots), this show should sell out.
  • 05/01 - Atlanta N2 = $191 face, demand seems to be a little bit higher than Night 1. Some price drops as $446 dropped to $415, and $511 dropped to $474 & $452. It looks like some $888's dropped to a mix of $770, $762 & $741. It feels like the system is not only accounting for page clicks, but SEAT clicks as well. Like FL (and most N2's), there is a higher demand. With less tickets available now, we should still stay vigilant because production holds will drop on the day. This show will sell out.

  • 05/06 - Nashville N1 = $190 face, Like last week, Lower Level & Floor seats listed as Premiums were at $489, $580, $682, $888 and $944. Now, they are $451, $570, and $865 - all Premium seats (blue dots) will drop to Standard pricing by day before/day of show if they remain unsold. No real change from last week. We saw everything play out like this in 2022, so there's been far less impulse buying - great job, everyone! This show will sell out.
  • 05/08 - Nashville N2 = $190 face, UPPER LEVEL DROP! A decent amount of 300's seats in the back were dropped at face value. They're almost gone, so grab a single if you just want to get into the building! Oh, and poor 333 Row R keeps getting bought & thrown back as a pair, lol. It seem N1 now has the higher demand! Just like ATL, we should still stay vigilant because production holds will drop on the day. This show will sell out. Wouldn't it be sweet if they went to the Ryman, or Third Man Records on 05/07??
  • 05/11 - Raleigh N1 = $187 face, y'all must be takin' yer's Ma's for Mother's Day! Lower Level & Floor seats listed as Premiums were at $475, $568, $655, $855 and $981. They went down to $472, $507, $566, $625, $743 and $891 - but like ATL N1, the $400 & 500 tickets either sold, or were pulled (and will magically reappear at some point). Regardless, all Premium seats (blue dots) will drop to Standard pricing by day before/day of show if they remain unsold. There are a few F2F magenta pairs at the original Premium price point that will not sell. Since there are 2 Raleigh shows, I don't think this show will sell out (but it will come close!)
  • 05/13 - Raleigh N2 = $187 face, as of this writing, this show still has the most regular priced seats available. Which to me, means it'll probably be the sleeper show of the tour! Same data as above, but plenty of 300 level seats available for face (if they want a sell out, they should drop these seats to $99). Should be a great show, but unless they drop to $99, it will not sell out.
  • 05/16 - Pittsburgh N1 = $187 face, oh look! More Premiums! I thought this show was sold out ;) Second in popularity only to FL. Both of these shows will be HOT, but N1 is seems to be the more popular of the two (because it's Friday). Surprised they had the $99 price point for some uppers, as those went QUICK on the day of sale. Lower Level & Floor seats listed as Premiums were at $564, $682, $879 and $948. Sold out for now (there were Premiums when I started editing this... then there weren't), as N2 only has the $987 Floors listed. This means 2 things: PJ Premium tickets did what they were designed to do, and sold. The other thing, is that there are PLENTY of tickets being held back. More clicks = higher prices. All Premium seats (blue dots) will drop to Standard pricing by day before/day of show if they remain unsold. This show will sell out
  • 05/18 - Pittsburgh N2 = $187 face, same data as Night 1 (see above). A handful of Floor Premiums were listed at the low, low cost of $948 (before taxes & fees), and bumped back up to $987. This is only from points & clicks (and folks understandably hunting for GA). N1 & N2 keep trading places for being "sold out" & having higher demand, but not by much. Regardless, there will be fewer drops (which means fewer chances). This show will sell out.

Updated to reflect the 10 Club lottery, the "Artist Presale" sale, and the Fan-to-Fan resale launch on 12/19. Will keep updating this as we get closer to the dates.

    Appreciate the post and diligence - The ticketmaster monitoring must take quite a bit of effort so thank you!

    Any hope/chance that additional tickets will be dropped? I'm guessing no one will be able to say for sure but curious if there are any clues to watch for... Looking for Pitt N2. I have N1 and a hotel already but may not be able to hold until the day of the show. N2 may not have as much demand but there's only ~6 tickets left and all premium.

    So, as most hardcores can attest, there are always production drops on the day of. Whether it's Floor seating placement, or batches of tickets that Tim Bierman has for friends & family that they decide to release, there's always SOMETHING. Even for places like MSG!

    You just have to be vigilant & constantly refreshing. You'll be taking a chance, but even if you don't get something awesome (and someone else did), then someone's old tickets will become available.

    That being said, life happens & plans change. People will also throw tickets up here last minute, or just into the wild on F2F.

    I say give it a go!

    It’s a waiting game. You will almost certainly be able to get standard priced tickets the week/day of the show. Pretty much every show last year, including MSG, had drops of face value tickets on the week/day of the show. And although the demand for Pitt is high, it isn’t MSG. It may take some effort and diligence, but trust me, your persistence will pay off in the end. See you at Pitt N2!

    OKAY, not much big news, but here's what went down in the past week:
    Nash N2 has the unwanted orphan in Sec 333 Row R. Someone adopt this poor pair! Speaking of N2, @Mhemm11 broke news that several pairs & singles in the upper 300's became available for face value today. Great to get you in the building & not break the bank.

    Make sure you check the first post for more in-depth price tracking, where most prices stayed put (and some actually went up - this is a tactic. Don't fall for it). Price increases happen the more we check each page (and apparently, each seat now...)
    Hold fast, keep posting ISO's, and make plans. MSG 2022 & 2024 had day of drops. We will here, too.

Curiously, I have a Capital One credit card that allows me access to concert tickets, and there are plenty of seats listed for both shows (at much higher than face, of course…). Apparently my credit card company is in cahoots with Vivid Seats, but they guarantee the tickets. I did notice a single in the lower bowl for PITT N2 for $241, but most lower bowl seats start at around $400. I wonder if these prices will fluctuate as well.

    They may guarantee the ticket but there would still be a (small?) chance that it wouldn't work - They would refund you of course but if you traveled to see the show then you'd still be SOL. I'm sure that the seats would work in most cases but if ticketmaster states they are non-transferrable then there's going to be some risk involved.
