Honestly, for me, there's nothing worse than greedy whiners. As someone with probably one of the lower club member numbers on here, I think the change they need to put in place is to not allow 10c members to go in for all the shows. If they announce 10 shows, 10c members should only be allowed to go for 1 or 2 of them or something (for the 10c lottery). It's painful to see some of us getting almost everything, and then complaining they didn't get 100% of their shows, and so many other members leaving with nothing. If you got tickets to a show through 10c, you should be happy. Period. Share the wealth and spread the love around. If bringing back priority accomplishes that, I'm all for it.
    This.

The easy solution is nobody gets 2 shows  in a city unless everybody gets 1 show.

Old Deadheads will remember going to the post office to buy f'ing postal money orders and filling out their little 3x5 cards and carefully getting eeryvthing squared away and making sure it was postmarked on the magic day and then waiting FOREVER for tix. I'll take this system, thanks

And adding art to the envelope. And getting tix with skeletons and glitter on them. And sending Ruby a thank you note.

So many people enter the lottery and buy without knowing if they can really go. People should be able to get into most of the shows without paying over face. If you put in for GA, don't be mad you lost. Those tickets have the lowest odds of winning.

Week 1, register for 1 single show max per household.

Week 2, register for free-for-all lottery.
Alright alright alright... this isn't too shabby.  I think a lot of people would try going for big ones like MSG though, so maybe you'd have to prioritize a top 3 for Week 1/1 show?  Nothing is perfect, but this is pretty good.
