Anyone have any tips/tricks to quickly make a transaction/get in/out?
1. Availability updates closer to real-time on mobile than on desktop. With people checking out quickly, you're less likely to get "Those seats are no longer available" if you're on a mobile device.
2. If you want the best seats available, know which sections you're ok with and use the list, NOT the map. Whether on Desktop or Mobile, you have worse odds of actually carting seats if you're trying to click on and add them one at a time.
3. If you're feeling brave, don't rush... stare at the page. Wait for seats from people who got in before you to recycle. Some people change their minds, some transactions fail... those seats reappear after the session timeout ends. If you're lucky, you can catch something that had been selected ~10 minutes earlier.10/7/96 (FL), 9/22/98 (FL), 9/23/98 (FL), 8/9/00 (FL), 8/10/00 (FL), 8/12/00 (FL), 4/11/03 (FL), 4/12/03 (FL), 4/13/03 (FL), 7/8/03 (NY), 7/9/03 (NY), 7/12/03 (PA), 7/14/03 (NJ), 10/8/04 (FL), 8/5/07 (IL), 11/27/12 (FL), 12/6/13 (WA), 4/8/16 (FL), 4/9/16 (FL), 4/11/16 (FL), 8/5/16 (MA), 8/22/16 (IL), 8/8/18 (WA), 8/10/18 (WA), 9/25/21 (CA), 9/26/21 (CA), 5/3/22 (CA), 5/12/22 (CA), 5/13/22 (CA), 9/18/23 (TX), 9/19/23 (TX), 10/23/23 (WA), 10/24/23 (WA), 5/28/24 (WA), 5/30/24 (WA), 4/24/25 (FL), 4/26/25 (FL), 4/29/25 (GA), 5/1/25 (GA)

I would start refreshing the lobby 1 hour in advance of the sale.... Oasis was 50min, Foo Fighters was 35min, PJ last year was 10 min.. over over the map..aisleseats said:

No. You can't be logged into the same account from two different devices. They will not let you do that. Also, do not refresh the page too fast or too often or you will be flagged as a bot.IlliniGuy76 said:

Thanks to all!
I lied one last question - artist presale... anyone who entered their email is eligible OR are you actually put into a separate lottery (as TM has done in the past) and you'll only get an email with a password if your email is selected?

It might be possible if you're trying for two different events. The same show, you wouldn't be able to be in the queue more than once.GlowGirl said:

I forgot #4...
TRIPLE CHECK YOUR TICKET PRICE BEFORE FINAL CHECKOUT.
Every tour there are people who rush through checkout during the original sale and accidentally buy PJ Premium tickets at a markup. Ticketmaster will not do anything to help you, and you can't resell at a lower price even if you want to.
If you want to take a few seconds up front to ensure you don't accidentally select PJ Premium, either adjust the price slider or the "Ticket Type" filter as soon as you're in.10/7/96 (FL), 9/22/98 (FL), 9/23/98 (FL), 8/9/00 (FL), 8/10/00 (FL), 8/12/00 (FL), 4/11/03 (FL), 4/12/03 (FL), 4/13/03 (FL), 7/8/03 (NY), 7/9/03 (NY), 7/12/03 (PA), 7/14/03 (NJ), 10/8/04 (FL), 8/5/07 (IL), 11/27/12 (FL), 12/6/13 (WA), 4/8/16 (FL), 4/9/16 (FL), 4/11/16 (FL), 8/5/16 (MA), 8/22/16 (IL), 8/8/18 (WA), 8/10/18 (WA), 9/25/21 (CA), 9/26/21 (CA), 5/3/22 (CA), 5/12/22 (CA), 5/13/22 (CA), 9/18/23 (TX), 9/19/23 (TX), 10/23/23 (WA), 10/24/23 (WA), 5/28/24 (WA), 5/30/24 (WA), 4/24/25 (FL), 4/26/25 (FL), 4/29/25 (GA), 5/1/25 (GA)

Pit is where 101-103 would be with seats.BloodMeridian80 said:
I wonder what seating sections are removed to create the GA pit. If it's only 101, 102, and 103, then that is a little further back than I would've expected. But if sections 104-112 are also removed, then not so bad. I'm in for Resv. N2 with 134xxxDP40606 said:Got my night one Hollywood seating. Sec 115, row L. Was rejected for night 2 Hollywood.

104-112 are "The couches", bug comfy chairs with cocktail tables that will I expect be a combination of PJ Premium and casino comps to high rollers. Wouldn't expect any 10C seats to be there.
So 115 is a very good reserved 10C seat for this show. This weekend we rock Portland0 -

Na, both groups of people will get shutout by the bots anyways. Only realistic chance is the F2F and wait for premium price drop.CopperTom said:
