pjhawks I had the same issue on both the app and on the website. I spent the better part of 2 hours on the phone with Ticketmaster where I got different answers from different people. They had me reinstall the app and log in again, they had me open an "incognito" tab on my laptop, and nothing worked. Aside from the freezing of the tickets, I also couldn't get past the verification codes. Every time I entered the code, it said they needed to send another code. After much frustration, the phone rep insisted that my tickets were purchased from Ticket City (owned my TM, but stealth to users) and they said I had to contact them to try to sell my tickets. I called BS on this because I know people who successfully listed and sold their tickets. I finally hung up and gave up. Anyone else encounter this?

I did, in May 2024 but I had to use the TicketMaster app. Sounds like you aren't having success with that either.

Same experience. Have to randomly keep trying and still only works on occasion. Ticketmaster said nothing they could do further contact my internet service provider. What a joke !

Where are people staying for these shows? I have tickets for both nights and plan to drive down on the 10th from Philly.
I'll be there for 3 full days so I'm hoping to find a decent spot. Thanks in advance for any help.

I think we've taken over the Ramada Inn that's walking distance from the venue. Not sure if any rooms are left.

Yeah I'd be surprised if the Ramada has any availability left. The Four Points is actually a good bit closer but gonna be more expensive -- they may have rooms left.

There are a few hotels off chapel hill rd that will probably still have rooms. You could technically walk to the venue...about 45 min... but I wouldn't walk home. Dark and not really good sidewalks.

We rented a car. Our hotel isn’t walkable to the arena and we don’t want to mess with trying to get an uber after the show. And we are staying an extra day and want to check out the area without being limited to walking or an uber. We rented a midsize suv through Costco and it was a little over a $100.

I booked at Red Roof. 5-8 minutes drive from the venue. Free parking.

If you're planning to park at the venue then yes prepaid is the way to go.

Locals pro tip: If you get there early enough, you can find street parking in Wade Park and then just take the tunnel under Edwards Mill -- Bru's Public House in Wade Park is also a good spot for a beer and a bite pre-show (they'll be closed after the show). Also some parallel parking on Kingdoms Way.
