pjhawks I had the same issue on both the app and on the website. I spent the better part of 2 hours on the phone with Ticketmaster where I got different answers from different people. They had me reinstall the app and log in again, they had me open an "incognito" tab on my laptop, and nothing worked. Aside from the freezing of the tickets, I also couldn't get past the verification codes. Every time I entered the code, it said they needed to send another code. After much frustration, the phone rep insisted that my tickets were purchased from Ticket City (owned my TM, but stealth to users) and they said I had to contact them to try to sell my tickets. I called BS on this because I know people who successfully listed and sold their tickets. I finally hung up and gave up. Anyone else encounter this?

I did, in May 2024 but I had to use the TicketMaster app. Sounds like you aren't having success with that either.

I was able to hurridly get them into my wallet but it took like opening like 5 times for each show and hitting view tickets before they froze. it was pretty tedious as it didn't always work but they are there. what a pain. glad but not glad that others had the same issue before

Same experience. Have to randomly keep trying and still only works on occasion. Ticketmaster said nothing they could do further contact my internet service provider. What a joke !
