    In PA, yes.  It’s disgusting, especially once you get past Harrisburg traveling west they stop caring about the turnpike.  It’s actually embarrassing.

    The plates may have been produced/purchased by State Correctional Industries of PA (convicts produced them). CO’s could purchase them at SCIPittsburgh where they used to be manufactured.  We have an actual PennDot Yield sign and a custom PJ plate from the 90’s.
