Pittsburgh locals, trying to canvass boarding and found a location at the Hill District, Centre/Reed and Centre/Kirpatrick area - how would the walk be after an event?

    Thanks in advance
Honestly that walk is not a great one. That really isn’t a great area to be walking in late. I would not make that walk, or stay in that area (as someone who has lived here for 40+ years). Nor would I suggest a friend of mine to take that walk after a show. There are some newer developments in that area (between the arena/lower hill and Oakland/Pitt campus), that are nicer, but I’d still be cautious. Especially at that time of night. Hopefully that helps some. If you need any other info/suggestions I’ll keep an eye out and try to respond.
thanks man, how about the area North of Allegheny Center? Federal and Henderson... Trying to gauge how walkable it would be after the concert, thanks in advance

I'm staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pittsburgh - Green Tree.

I thought about trying to walk it, but maybe an Uber is a better choice. I love walking, but that may be a stretch.

I would avoid walking Federal Street, particularly at night, between Henderson and North Ave...Just my opinion

I just said no to an invitation to participate in something I would otherwise be excited to be a part of  (and important career wise) because it falls on the Pittsburgh shows.

    Feeling a little guilty.
    Guilt wearing off in 3, 2, 1.

    F2F is open.
Night 1: My daughters and my gf's 1st show. Would really like to sit somewhere near each other, but as of now we are all in the building.
Anyone posting seats near the front of Floor 2 (or GA lol) please let me know when! If that works I'll have 2 in 212 that will go up :)

Can't wait for this show, gonna be awesome!

    Pro-tip:

Sitting beside each other isn't impossible. Go in when the doors open. Go to the seats that aren't as good. When your seat neighbors get there, explain the situation to them.

If they don't take a surprise upgrade, that's on them.
Didn't even think of that, great idea. Thanks!
Wouldn't it be funny if the world ended in 2010, with lots of fire?

Your challenge.. get that greentree hotel room. Walk down 376 then choose your adventure. At this point you can either walk through The Ft. Pitt Tunnels and over the bridge and you’re safely in town. However, there’s no sidewalks so be swift, head on a swivel. Or you can walk to the top of Mt. Washington, take the incline down then proceed to swim across the Monongahela. From there it’s an easy 10 minute walk to the arena. Or if you’re just a casual fan take an Uber.

ISO 2 tickets for Night 1, I struck out on 10C and Ticketmaster, unfortunately with my shared parenting schedule this would be the only show I can attend
