yeah...his version is obviously a bit different but he does admit to having sex. He states that she pursued him basically.

Her actions after the incident do not seem to support his version. She didn't need to "invent" this incident to make an excuse to her husband, etc. It could have just completely gone away without anyone knowing if it was consensual. She created a lot of trouble for herself by going to the police.

She reported it because she felt that he drugged and raped her.

exactly...I think Maddow is brilliant but I don't watch her much (sorry teskeboy), but you can't watch her show and say she doesn't give both sides of the story. She is adamant about "why" the side she is arguing against has a certain position.

The shit hitting the fan is putting it mildly. It’s centuries old prophecy coming to fruition. Climate change is a clear example of what’s already been predicted.
