Trump is #1 with a bullet (no pun intended). Epstein got caught, went to prison and died there. You don't get the championship trophy after that performance.

Still no answers on our Russia questions from the Trump voters here.

    Telling
    What's the Russia question?
Whether Ukraine is entitled to their boarders before the Russian invasion. Chocolatetide was very adamant that Ukraine turned down a deal with Russia to end the war (sourced from a Russian state news agency) and his thought was that they were foolish to turn it down.
This is not easy. I don't know the long shared history of the people of Ukraine and Russia. I feel for the citizens of Ukraine and Russia. War is horrible. I somewhat view it as Iran fighting Iraq, two evil/corrupt governments killing for no logical reason to us in the West. I just don't want American blood and treasure involved.
Don't worry. President Trump made phone calls to both Putin and Zelensky within one hour of his winning re-election. President Trump is a man of peace, and he despises the horrendous loss of life on both sides. The war will be over soon.

And then Ukraine will be absorbed back into Russia. Because people here don't believe sovereign countries should stay that way and have some weird fealty to Russia which is not a real democracy.

    https://www.wsj.com/politics/national-security/trump-draft-executive-order-would-create-board-to-purge-generals-7ebaa606?st=BCK5a5

WASHINGTON—The Trump transition team is considering a draft executive order that establishes a “warrior board” of retired senior military personnel with the power to review three- and four-star officers and to recommend removals of any deemed unfit for leadership.
If Donald Trump approves the order, it could fast-track the removal of generals and admirals found to be “lacking in requisite leadership qualities,” according to a draft of the order reviewed by The Wall Street Journal. But it could also create a chilling effect on top military officers, given the president-elect’s past vow to fire “woke generals,” referring to officers seen as promoting diversity in the ranks at the expense of military readiness.

    yeah I mean....wtf?

With the way the votes have been rolling it. I wouldn't consider it a landslide. They kept saying it would be close and thats what it is. Its looking like 2% lead in the popular vote.

He swept all swing states, won control over the House, Senate, and Presidency.  He cut his previous 2020 deficits in all the blue states.  For example he only lost NJ by 5, Illinois was single digits, NY state deficit was cut in half as well as California.  There has been a shift in the electorate and dems still can’t understand why.  People are sick of being ignored.  Trumpism has given us a voice.

All true, but…if approximately one percent flip their votes next time in ONLY three states, you will welcoming the democrats back to the White House.

congrats on the win, but this is the problem with trump voters. They care more about winning than they do about helping the country.

It is not just the problem with Trump voters. It is a problem with all voters in the middle. And, both sides care more about winning than helping the country. That is what US politics has come to, at every level. Win the middle win the election. Even for town council.

Well, for many. But I truly want…

SS to be fixed financially without hurting those retired or near that
    peace in Ukraine
a peaceful solution to the migrant challenge
women with unviable pregnancies and rape victims allowed to access healthcare with privacy
abortions for others limited without taking away a woman’s rights
government policies that will maximize growth and employment while also protecting the environment

I will stop there, for now.

Conservatives like to call it common sense. Talking down to people is considered a narcissistic trait. If you really look around, America is full of people with varying degrees of education and intellect. They are two different things, and the high horse approach has become tiresome.
    Things were different then

Department of Government Efficiency – Elon Musk, Vivek Ramaswamy

Billionaire Elon Musk and former GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy were tapped to lead the Department of Government Efficiency.

Trump said that the pair will work together to "dismantle Government Bureaucracy, slash excess regulations, cut wasteful expenditures, and restructure Federal Agencies."

"It will become, potentially, ‘The Manhattan Project’ of our time," the announcement on Tuesday evening said. "Republican politicians have dreamed about the objectives of ‘DOGE’ for a very long time."

HELL YEAH! All Americans should be able to get together and support this new department. We ALL want our tax dollars spent wisely, and not wasted!

What’s the matter? Jeff Sessions isn’t available?

    • No move yet on AG pick: Trump, after meeting with several candidates at his Palm Beach club, is still wrestling with who should fill the crucial role of attorney general, according to three people who have spoken with him.

You can actually tie Stephen Miller to white nationalist thought which makes him one of the most pernicious members of Trump's inner circle. This is a lesson in crying wolf. When you're running around calling everyone to the right of AOC a racist or Nazi, it obscures the actual wolves.

Stephen Miller is a racist xenophobic piece of shit.
So is anyone and everyone who supports this returning regime.

Annnnnndddd THAT is why we lost. I know a lot of people who voted for Trump, none of them are racist/xenophobic/misogynistic.  And I know a lot of people who voted Harris. None of us were very excited about it.  Dems had best get past the everybody who doesn't vote for us is sexist/racist, etc. That shows the lack of intellect and awareness that Dems and their base have. And people got sick of the accusation. Enjoy continuing to lose elections if that is the only message you have.  It worked for decades.  It's over now.
Excellent post, but SHHHHHH!!!…..don’t tell the Demmies this…The overwhelming ideology of this forum is exactly why the Demmies will have a very hard time regaining anything in the YEARS to come.
Y’all really need to worry about Vance, cause that man is a STUD and TRUE LEADER.   I have no doubt he will be the next President after Trump fixes the mess left behind by shit-4-brains Joe and that airhead Harris…
