You could make a beer, bathroom break, or get some merchandise during the songs you might have heard many times over the years or songs you don’t care for. I’d still take the excitement of not knowing the set list over it but, hey… there’s always a silver lining!0

I mean knowing the best times to hit the restroom or get a beer is perfect....I've missed parts of Rats and 1/2 Full getting brewskisRemember the Thomas Nine !! (10/02/2018)

Not many major bands change it up like Pearl Jam so the odd thing here and there throughout a career isn't a big deal to me (although I'm not going to the show so may feel different if I was there).
If it isn't the setlist, then I agree its an odd shirt choice like "oh hey, nice shirt, how was DOC live?", "oh, they didnt play it at the show, its just on the setlist tshirt".....
For what its worth, I think this was the real setlist intended for the show but wouldnt be totally surprised to see something different now, even an intended setlist can change throughout the night anyway
It is just a bit weird to think someone went up to EV and said 'please can you write the setlist for missoula now because we want to print it on the back of a shirt to sell before the show'.Post edited by Brisk. on0 -

1. The setlist shirt posting was an oversight and it's too late to take down.
2. Whomever posted it didn't think we'd notice or have the image resolution to make out the setlist.
3. The poster wasn't too worried about us finding out if we wanted to dig into it.
Either way, if someone wants to see the setlist ahead of time, they can - but they can also fairly easily avoid it.
spoiled they are going to change the setlist…we’ll find out soon

I could care less if the setlist is on the shirt. I can avoid scrutinizing a shirt and still feel like I’m getting a great show.

I'm going with: it's real, created by Jeff since Missoula, one time deal0

I know people would be bummed about the setlist surprise being ruined, but at least it's an awesome setlist. I would love to see that show if that was the known setlist. A one time setlist reveal isn't so bad, and in the grand scheme of things, it still is different because they never did something like this before.
And the merch is outstanding! Enjoy the show all, I'm sure it will be greatPost edited by MikeDigs onI'm spinning, oh-oh-oh I'm spinning0 -

I don't mind the shirts, but sell them mid-or-after the show. I try to avoid too many setlist threads so I can enjoy whatever they play.
I'd be annoyed if someone stood in front of me with the setlist easily accessible before the show begins.0 -
^Exactly. Sell the shirt during / after the show, and they could have just blurred the images of the shirt on social media. This would have been ideal.I'm spinning, oh-oh-oh I'm spinning0

The issue is the number of songs that are making every show vs how many have made every show in the past.
75% of the show is pretty much locked out of those 113 songs with little room of variation between shows.
You would have to see the whole tour to get that variety when in the past 3 shows would give you so many more unique songs.
The 20th most played song in 2022 was played 10 out of 33 shows.
It is not even close no matter how you want to keep spinning it.

It is not even close no matter how you want to keep spinning it.Almost every show then. Better? You keep defending the variety of sets like nothing has changed.Look at the stats on the top 20 songs played. Again it’s not even close to 2 years ago.0 -
