Would anyone really want a shirt with a setlist on it that wasn't actually the setlist for the show the shirt was for? I hope this isn't a new trend going forward. If they're the real setlists, that takes a lot of the fun out of the shows ahead of time. If they're not the real setlists, then it's just kind of stupid.
I mean why sell it before the show? Not only that, but if it's not the setlist, why fake out the hardcores?
Just odd.

It’s one thing to buy a poster from a show that didn’t happen. But will they really sell a t-shirt with a setlist that wasn’t the ultimate setlist?
They did it at Wrigley 2013. They were printed during the show and completely wrong after the rain delay.
I’m not a fan of the setlist shirts anyway though.
I'm pretty sure I have a Riot Act tour date teeshirt that is also not accurate. I think some shows were added along the way or something. That said, if it's legit and they do that for the Wrigley shows, i'm going to be pissed, especially if there is a dude right in front of me wearing that shirt. hahaha!
Anyone out there in the real world on location with view on the real shirt? Or is everything so far based on the merch picture as shown on the homepage?

I assumed it would be a presale/online thing, produced/shipped well after the show
You don’t have to like everything the band does, however it is not ok to be rude and insulting. Please see the Posting Guidelines.

This particular wording/phrasing makes me think the setlist is accurate, or at least before the audibles, which always happen. If people buy these shirts and the setlist gets changed and the shirts aren't accurate? Why would anyone buy them after a few shows? It will backfire. Just print them after the shows and sell them here.

I feel like this forum is going to implode if these shirts end up being accurate and if they continue for the next shows. Totally takes away the mystery.

Like someone with sensibility, they could also just not look at the thing if it matters that much.

It doesn't make much sense to sell the shirt and have it not be the setlist. The band is slowly getting us used to every show being about the same. We are frogs in a slowly boiling pot people. FROGS IN A BOILING POT!

Ha… agreed. They also care more about making a buck selling merch than wowing their fanbase anymore
IF the setlist is no longer a surprise, that will be very disappointing

Main reason I don’t want to believe it really is. A huge part of seeing PJ for me is not knowing. Takes away pretty much all of the pre show anticipation for me. But hey, at least there’s no even flow

I hope we’re wrong about it and it’s just a funny idea for a shirt. But the mystery going into the show is how I got other people into following the band. They aren’t formulaic or predictable

Hmmmm… if we are going to possibly know what the set list is going to be for this leg of the tour before the show, that could have its advantages. You could make a beer, bathroom break, or get some merchandise during the songs you might have heard many times over the years or songs you don’t care for. I’d still take the excitement of not knowing the set list over it but, hey… there’s always a silver lining!
Do you know what it's like to fall in the mud and get kicked... in the head... with an iron boot? Of course you don't, no one does. It never happens. Sorry, Ted, that's a dumb question... skip that.
I think there’s good reason to think it’s not the setlist: it has the four DM tunes together which didn’t last beyond the first two or three gigs before they began putting DM itself later on.
I’m guessing they just wanted a setlist shirt so printed up one which they thought would be typical of the tour, back in May.
Also, the other red bear shirt was "borrowed" from someone on here who made a custom PJ Missoula shirt a few years back...

I know this will be an unpopular opinion on here and I know 2024 isn’t 1993-95, but I happily burned through 3 of these back in the day.
