I generally subscribe to occams razor and I think several of those items are over thought.

Like maybe she was at the DNC, because it was perceived as safer or maybe she JUST won an election I'm sure there are meetings taking place for the transition.

Sometimes what we see is what it is. Some rabble rouser Bomber disguised themselves well, but were shit at making bombs. Secret Service deleted emails to avoid looking culpable because they are supposed to be non-partisan. Don't get caught up in this sensational stuff. Life is really more boring than we think it is.

To say nothing of every month has been trending well for employment numbers for a couple of years now.
Like you’ve posted many times, allowing an unlimited amount of illegals in will definitely help unemployment numbers. No one is going to argue that!
Oh, I see. I just got to Twitter today and see why you came running here with this bullshit. And just because you won't read beyond Vance's post, here are the real reasons why the numbers are up.

    - The size of the working-age native-born population is falling
    - The share of working-age native-born people with jobs is higher than it was under Trump

Has Kamala answered any questions about her proximity to the anthrax?

Full List of Republicans Who Voted Against FEMA Funding Before Helene Hit

Published Oct 04, 2024 at 11:48 AM EDT Updated Oct 04, 2024 at 11:56 AM EDT

As Hurricane Helene careened toward Florida's Panhandle, numerous Republicans voted against extending funding for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

Last week, Congress approved $20 billion for FEMA's disaster relief fund as part of a stopgap spending bill to fund the government through December 20. But the measure left out billions of dollars in requested supplemental disaster funding.

The Senate approved the measure by a 78-18 vote on September 25 after it passed the House in a 341-82 vote. Republicans supplied the no votes in both chambers.

Some of the Republicans who voted against the bill represent states that have been hard hit by Helene, including Florida Representative Matt Gaetz.

Damaged houses are seen after Hurricane Helene made landfall in Horseshoe Beach, Florida, on September 28. Dozens of Republicans voted against a bill to continue funding the Federal Emergency Management Agency before Helene hit Florida.

Helene hit Florida as a Category 4 storm last Thursday, before plowing through several other states in the Southeast. The devastation could cost up to $160 billion, according to an estimate by AccuWeather.

Some Republicans railed against FEMA funding being allocated for assisting migrants after Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas told reporters on Wednesday that FEMA will run out of money before the hurricane season is over. The agency is facing a multibillion-dollar deficit, even after imposing new spending restrictions.

"We are meeting the immediate needs with the money that we have. We are expecting another hurricane hitting," Mayorkas said. "FEMA does not have the funds to make it through the season."

Mayorkas' comments led some Republicans to accuse the Biden administration of diverting funds intended for disaster relief, which a Department of Homeland Security spokesperson told Newsweek was "completely false."

President Joe Biden said Monday he may call Congress back into session during a break to pass emergency supplemental funding, as some lawmakers from states hit by Helene have urged.

Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson has said that the FEMA funding included in the stopgap spending bill approved last week is sufficient and that there is no need for lawmakers to return early.

Below are all the GOP lawmakers that voted against that bill:

Oh, there is some good information that you may not be aware of. For one, Harris left the Capitol before people began to enter.  She went to the DNC Headquarters.  She was in close proximity to the "pipe bomb". She never talks about that, strange. Another strange thing, we still don't know who planted the two pipe bombs. With all the cameras in DC, still don't know. Is the FBI actually looking for the person(s)?  Another strange thing, the FBI deleted the video footage of the alleged pipe bomber.  Another strange thing, the Secret Service deleted all J6 text messages on their phones. Has anyone asked Harris about her visit to the DNC? I only know of once a reporter asked her, she did not respond.

It’s frustrating and heartbreaking at the same time because it’s people being duped who may not know better (and sometimes they do which is worse), but predominantly, it prevents the correct information from being disseminate out to the public and lives can be affected, sometimes seriously (like the Springfield OH nonsense)

It’s really amazing how the Democrats have never done anything wrong. Ever. The second you point out anything suspicious or a mistake  there’s 5 posters that pivot to a whataboutism or it’s Trump/Republicans fault.

It doesn’t matter that Democrats have had the White House 12 of 16 years. It’s always someone else’s fault. There’s always some sort of report that spins it somehow back to Trump. That’s how you know a group of people have been brainwashed. Bizarre world we live in these days.

It doesn’t matter that Democrats have had the White House 12 of 16 years. It’s always someone else’s fault. There’s always some sort of report that spins it somehow back to Trump. That’s how you know a group of people have been brainwashed. Bizarre world we live in these days.
If this is about the Walz Covid fraud, assuming this means you are supporting more auditing? Because that’s how you catch fraud.

if so, VERY unRepublican of you.

It’s really amazing how the Democrats have never done anything wrong. Ever. The second you point out anything suspicious or a mistake  there’s 5 posters that pivot to a whataboutism or it’s Trump/Republicans fault.

Was that CNNs conclusion that you posted? That he "allowed" and "directly to blame"?  Because those statements aren't in quotes whereas the poster quoted CNN several other times.

Walz must have pissed someone off at CNN for a hit piece to be done on him? Maybe after he bombed his debate Clooney and Pelosi have turned on him and want him replaced? The DNC is a shut up and do what your told party now. Is Walz talking too much? They obviously don’t like knuckleheads!

Trump is lying, as always, and people on this board are happily repeating it, despite all evidence to the contrary. And of course Trump's false accusations are things he did himself when he was an abysmally horrible president, the worst anyone alive can remember.

Trump has a habit of assuming other politicians act in the same way as he would. So we wondered why he would accuse Biden of raiding the FEMA disaster fund to handle undocumented migrants.

It turns out that’s because he did this. In 2019, the Trump administration, in the middle of hurricane season, told Congress that it was taking $271 million from DHS programs, including $155 million from the disaster fund, to pay for immigration detention space and temporary hearing locations for asylum seekers who had been forced to wait in Mexico. “The U.S. is facing a security and humanitarian crisis on the Southern border,” the administration said in its notice that it was redirecting the funds.

The jobs report is great. I hope it’s accurate. There were major discrepancies and revisions last time, to the tune of 818,000 last time.

We also know that 2021s numbers were bounce back jobs from when Biden locked down most of the country crushing our economy in the name of Covid.
