maybe don't treat a game of mixed flag football like a rugby game full of grunts? sounds like you were the issue.seanwon said:
I played football in high school. For some reason, gym class decided to have intramural flag football one week. I ran my route and accidentally ran directly into a girl who was coming the other way. The result was her getting blown off her feet, leaving school for the rest of the day to go to the doctors, and coming back the following day with a few cracked ribs. I spent weeks feeling like a piece of crap. This is what you want?Tim Simmons said:As long as we can single them out.Your boos mean nothing to me, for I have seen what makes you cheer0

I remember being in middle school playing soccer and kicked the ball as hard as I could, and it went straight into a girls head. I don’t think she was injured, but her brother was pissed. Completely didn’t mean to, just don’t think I realized she was as close as she was. kids playing sports in PE are just going to be competitive. Can’t expect them not to be.
**now that I think about it, it must have been recess. Most sports in PE they separated out boys and girls for that reason.Post edited by mace1229 on0

"USAG was thrust into the spotlight this past weekend after Olympic legend Simone Biles garnered mass backlash for attacking former NCAA swimmer and conservative influencer Riley Gaines. Biles called Gaines "truly sick" and suggested Gaines is the size of a male after Gaines pointed out that a Minnesota high school whose softball team won a state championship Friday with a transgender pitcher, and that Minnesota's high school league disabled comments on an X post of the announcement.Biles has since issued a public apology for her comments against Gaines. Definitely high school, 11th grade specifically. Exactly right though, I was just running my route and looking at the QB to see if he was going to throw me the ball, and our paths crossed. Girls and guys should have had separate games. Teachers were idiots for having a co-ed game.

The "Oh please" pertains to your "massive culture war by Republicans to demonize and scapegoat transgender women" comments. Not about what "you heard"... It's easy to blame a political party when one disagrees with common sense.. I'll just assume you think Republican transgender women are also part of this massive culture war against themselves...Go Beavers said:
Please what? I heard about trans women competing with cis women around 1980.Laurelhurst said:
Oh please. I doubt biological females blamed political parties when they competed (and lost) to biological males. If dude named Dirty Frank decides he's now Dirty Frankie..., Frankie should still compete against biological males. Even if Frankie tucked his "package", shaved his junk, and had his nails done did... An easy test would be a solid kick in his balls, that will determine if Frankie is male of female... What's next, males dominating the female Special Olympics?Go Beavers said:Transgendered women have been playing against other women for decades, so it only became this massive thing when republicans decided to make it a culture war issue and found another group to demonize and scapegoat. Also, republican politicians aren’t doctors or child development specialists. They can’t even decide how to define a biological female.

It’s a culture war issue because transgender people have been around forever and trans women have been playing sports for a long time. But suddenly it was this big campaign issue. Do you wonder why? It’s such a small segment of the population, yet people were consumed with it. You can ask transgender republican women what they think about republicans trying to take part of their being out of existence. I don’t know any to ask.Laurelhurst said:
