I think the sigs look authentic.  Wondering what you all think.  Did I get taken or am I alright?

    Here was his text

    Came from Joey Myers. He was in the music industry from the late 80’s until his unfortunate passing in 2014. He told me the band signed these for executives at the record company. I got 3 from him before he died. I have researched their autographs diligently and they seem spot on. I can send a write up with it

    Oh no….. beware of this guy. What user name is he going by now?? I think this dude has an auto pen going. He used to be fissionreaction2020. I bough something from him and sent it back. I talked to him on the phone about some other stuff , got a bad feeling, and started researching him. Let me see if I can find his name. He’s a nut job. I’d send it back. The autograph world is super slimey and not one that I wish to be a part of.

    And I got the Joey Myers bullshit story too. This guy has been busted several times for Black Sabbath signed stuff too. He’s been booted from ebay several times. And he tried selling me that same promo book too. The name he gave me was John Cernich which I’m sure isn’t his real name. There’s some YouTube stuff that he did and stuff about him but it’s not John Cernich. He uses a bunch of different different names

    UPDATE: I just found all the text messages I have from this guy and links to his bullshit autographs.  Will post again later…

    Damn.  If it is true too good to be true, it probably is. Lesson learned. This is the same guy. Luckily, it didn’t break the bank. That should have been my first clue, but took a chance anyway.  He really played it up by putting these sigs on what he called a Vitalogy Journal.

    After I got the one piece that I bought from him, He said he had other stuff and sent me pictures. it was all a dead giveaway….
    Thats when I politely asked for a refund and sent him some links of his scams and told him I  wasn’t comfortable with the authenticity. He eventually refunded me but that dude went ballistic when I sent him the links! Then I found the YouTube stuff and it confirmed that the guy is a wing nut. File a claim with PayPal or your credit card if he won’t refund you.

    Thanks for the info @Guy Dudebro I am kinda bummed,  but not totally surprised they are fake. I knew it was a gamble. The dude had great positive feedback so I took a risk. 

    I will try to return and file a claim with PayPal.  We will see how that goes.

    If it's an autopen you're looking for different issues than a forgery. Without a deeper inspection those autos all look great because they would be sourced from real ones.
