Can a ticket only be resold once in Europe fan to fan?

I know in NA there isn’t a limit but it seems there is in Europe.  Can anyone confirm? Anyone purchased a fan to fan ticket and then tried to resell it on fan to fan?

    Doesnt seem to be possible at the moment, the transfer function doesnt exist as its greyed out. Seems TM want the double bubble as they charge horrific fees on the resale of the ticket also.

    i have a spare ticket for all euro gigs, i bought 2 for each show but now going on my loner. I can see i can transfer tickets for berlin and manchester so far others will probably show soon.
