A sphere residency would be amazing.  I'm not sure what there is too complain about.
Up front may not be the best spot anymore… Imagine waiting 24 hrs in line only to sit in the middle of the stands.
    You nailed it.
I for one am not seeing Pearl Jam to look at screens. I have no interest in a sphere PJ show. To each their own.
Crazy thing is the screen aspect is cool, but the best and most impressive part of it is the sound! Sounds great and not a bad seat in the house. Only venue where the 200-300’s are the best seats in the house
  • Las Vegas is really cool as far as I'm concerned. Saw a free STP street concert there (Fremont) in November 2022, and it was great!

Since the newsletter provided no info, is there anyone here who might?

Are Seattle and Portland in the mix?
Any shows the first, say, 10 days of October, especially the 7th? 😉

    Hot Take:

PJ20 should have been held in Vegas.
I like going to Vegas, but I think having it more in the middle of the Country at Alpine Valley was the correct choice. (Travel wise)

People concentrate too much on the Sphere’s visual aspects. Sonically it’s one the best venues in the world for its size.
This right here, especially the Sound in the venue is/was terrific.

I am not a fan of Vegas but PJ or Ed is what would get me there and has but the Sphere is not of interest to me unless it was that or no other tour

I feel like I'd prefer to see a different act tgan PJ at the Sphere. Though, if PJ played the Sphere I'd have no issues going there to see them. Other than procuring tickets in the 10C lottery

I saw the stones in Philly last year. Shockingly they were pretty good. For their age, they were borderline unbelievable.

I saw McCartney in Fenway three years ago, just as he celebrated his 80th. He ran around, did high kicks and put all of us to shame.
    For three hours.

Millions and millions of dollars for one night’s work is a great motivator for high kicks.

Any early rumors about the location of PJ50?
I've seen quite a few Pearl Jam shows.

He toured quite extensively that year and the following one. The level of energy one would need for all that is no joke.

If it's Europe they need to announce 3 years in advance, make sure Jamiroquai isn't also touring, and keep tickets under $60. Otherwise it's a bust.

Absolutely. I would run and jumpkick all day everyday for that $. I lack the musical talent to get any such offers unfortunately 😆

I lack both the musical talent and that level of fitness and stamina. 🤣
