I don't think I will ever get used to the big video backdrop....just seems so unlike them
Respectfully disagree. It keeps the casual fans engaged from the rafters and adds a tasteful new element to the live show.
Not necessarily saying it's a bad thing...I'm just used to three decades of not having much behind them. So it just looks weird to me.
I have to say that I didn't really pay much attention to it. From down low, it was easy to tune out, but even from seats further up, it was just sort of there and I didn't really focus on it.
I like it...I know what you mean about the stage just being the band without flash but I'm glad they made the jump. Mainly so people in the back can see up close every so often.

That's a great performance! And wow, the crowd is better than the LA shows. In Barcelona the crowd is singing along, that is so cool In LA, the crowd just stood there like statues...
Mike McCready is an all-star on this tour, dude that solo RIPS
Stevie solo is almost as good as Alive. Controversial opinion.
It's not that far fetched. Both solo's made by the same guitarist. One made 30+ years into his legendary career. The other has the nostalgic magic from being on the debut classic masterpiece. Both solos are great.

Love it live, it's got some teeth and the guitars are a bit sludgy.
It's mine too.
