For those who have fucked up like I just did and accidentally bought a way overpriced premium ticket is there any possible way to get it refunded? A buddy of mine won 10c tickets this tour and managed to dispute the charges after the fact and got a refund from his CC company. Had the filter set to $200 max and page expired and forgot to reset it after the page reloaded and made the horrible mistake of not double checking after striking out on so many pairs over the last 2 weeks
Might depend if the tickets were resale or regular premium. I could not get a refund on resale but I've heard people have success calling and requesting a refund for standard.

Hello. Looking for some advice from Fan-2-Fan experts. I've got 2 pair of lawn tickets for tonight's Noblesville show. I have been trying to sell them on the Exchange since Saturday, after appearing to list them, I quickly get an email that says Ticketmaster was unable to list them, try again. I spoke to TM both yesterday morning and today, and they have said they will get back to me before showtime.
TM says that, because TM didn't sell me the tickets, they can't refund them. The agent suggested I contact Ten Club, which I suppose I'll do now. Anyone experience something like this before? Any ideas?

This happened to me. Another member advised me to send a note via Twitter DM to Ticketmaster Fan Support. I did that and was able to get resolution within 45 minutes and was then able to finally sell them after days of trying. Try that if you do have a Twitter account...good luck
